“Hali and Leila made our wedding day run so seamlessly at a non-traditional venue. Hali was fantastic to work with prior to the wedding and listened to and executed exactly what we envisioned. We were truly able to step away from the operations and be fully present with each other, our families, and friends. Everything was set up beautifully and tended throughout the evening, and I had no idea when vendors arrived, setup, and left. I even learned after the fact that they ingeniously fixed the ceremony decor that kept falling over in the wind. They also managed to run a magic dessert table that was constantly full despite so many people taking cupcakes. I'm confident there are multiple other events that happened without my knowledge that made the day happen as it did. “Champagne Wishes helped us plan and execute our 75-person wedding in June 2025 in just four months – we’re not sure how we would have done it without them! Starting from our consultation, Katelyn was extremely personable and encouraging. We were of course nervous about our tight timeline, but she quickly made us feel at ease. She honored our vision, asked the right questions, and helped us be decisive during the planning process when we needed it. Sulli took over as our day-of-coordinator and did an amazing job memorizing our timeline and all the small details of the day. She managed parking attendants from CW and tricky traffic down our venue’s one-lane road with ease, ensuring our guests had a seamless experience. Both Katelyn and Sulli were great communicators, answering our many questions in a timely manner and handling all communication with the vendor team as we approached the big day. The best testimony of how well they worked together was that after the wedding we had multiple guests and even fellow vendors remark on how smooth and effortless the day felt. We are so grateful to the entire team and we highly recommend Champagne Wishes for all your wedding planning needs! “Where do we start. Our venue for our Friday, Saturday and Sunday events cancelled on us six weeks out, our bartenders sent our cake crashing to the ground and our florist really didn’t get it right. However, Morgan and company helped us manage all of it with grace and made the process as easy as possible on us. We felt incredibly grateful to have them be part of our day! They made the process much less stressful and the day of we could relax and know things were being taken care of. Exactly what we needed!! From literally chasing down our florist, her team having to come in hot with day of decor where the vendor messed up, to having to move our outdoor reception indoors due to unexpectedly cold weather, they never missed a beat. Looking back, it was a wonderful weekend with family and friends, and we could not recommend them more.”

“Since wedding coordination is my career, my standards were very high and I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find a coordinator I trusted. Mia quelled ALL of my worries and blew me away with her skill and knowledge at every turn. Mia was seamlessly organized, deeply kind, and highly professional through the entire process. She started every meeting genuinely asking how we were in not only our wedding planning lives, but also just in our day to day. She truly wanted to get to know US and from that blossomed a beautiful relationship that didn’t feel contractual or forced at all. She somehow made it feel as if we were the only couple she was working with and like we were a top top top priority for her! Plus, her design suggestions are impeccable! She has taste and an eye for all things beautiful! Hiring LAE was the number 1 best decision we made for our wedding! QUEER COUPLES THIS IS YOUR COORDINATOR!!! We are a queer couple and Mia was so incredibly supportive of us and our identities the entire time. She cared about and understood pronouns, family dynamics, and more without making it a big deal. She was 100% open to throwing tradition out the window when it didn’t suit us but also totally here for upholding it when it felt right. She LOVED our clothing choices and encouraged us to embrace our true selves instead of what the wedding industry told us we had to wear. We felt truly celebrated! On the big day, Mia and her team, Macie and Tiffany, were early and on the ball! The second they arrived I could feel my nerves disappear knowing they would be overseeing every little detail. They came ready with every form (and extra copies) imaginable, dressed professionally and in line with our color pallet, and miced up for quick and discreet communication. Our wedding party and guests were raving about how kind they all were and how well they executed everything that day. As a couple, my spouse and I felt at ease and were able to let go and have a blast on our wedding day because we knew all the little details were in the BEST hands. We heard from guests that the shuttle had messed up big time and literally went to the wrong hotel. Mia and her team fixed the issue SO FAST and kept it SO QUIET that we had no idea anything was wrong and we were able to enjoy our evening blissfully unaware that our guests almost didn’t make it to the ceremony! Then, after the wedding Mia had already reached out to the shuttle company to begin dialogue about what happened and to request a refund without us even having to ask her! I cannot possibly recommend Mia and LAE enough and we will forever look back on our beautiful wedding day with fond stress free memories thanks to LAE!”

“I wish I could get married again just to spend more time with Carice and Pinnacle Affairs! As a wedding planner myself, I definitely am pickier than most when it comes to my vendors, but Carice exceeded my wildest dream. She went above and beyond her role as officiant and stepped in silently and seamlessly to fill any gap she saw throughout the day. She coordinated my rehearsal, sewed my dad's bow tie minutes before the ceremony, delivered a stunning ceremony and vow exchange, and effortlessly conducted the chaos around us, all the time with a beaming smile on her face. “Words cannot describe how incredible our day was and how much joy we felt having the JLM team there. Johanna’s wedding industry knowledge is incredible and beyond what we expected. We had a private property wedding with lots of tent permit/alcohol license questions that needed answers. Johanna not only helped answer all of our questions, but gave us the confidence to sit back and enjoy our day! She was punctual and always a ray of sunshine! We also had a specific vision for the table settings and ceremony. JLM executed the decor flawlessly. We also hired Danielly to capture short “content creation” videos. This was THE BEST decision we could have made. It was such a treat to see our wedding in little snippets that we can have for the rest of our lives!”

Days and Eves Weddings and Events

“Genevieve and her team just finished working with my wife and I on our October 11th wedding. We used the Event Management package and are so happy we did! We spent the last year booking all of all vendors and working on all the fine details of decor, music, and signage etc. We started working with Days and Eves to help close all of the open gaps and work on the day of timeline. We thought we had all questions answered but we certainly did not! It was so helpful to have the team provide us with all of the schedules and guides to ensure that the day ran smoothly, for which it did! Everyone who was a part of the wedding knew what they needed to do and went to her or her assistant for questions. This allowed us to just be there and present. When we walked into the ceremony and reception, each time we were so blown away by how wonderful it looked! All of our items were placed perfectly to our guides and the restaurants additional items were worked in perfectly. Genevieve's schedule and suggested flow worked wonderful and we felt as relaxed (as possible). At the end of the night, she worked neatly to get all of our items so nicely packed and organized for us, which was much appreciated. We are so happy and grateful for Genevieve.”
