Full‑Service Planning is our most comprehensive experience, designed for couples who want expert guidance from the very beginning. This level of planning includes complete planning, design, and logistics management. Unlimited communication and support, vendor sourcing, booking, and contract coordination, detailed timelines and layouts. Rehearsal direction and full wedding‑day management and on‑site team support to ensure seamless execution.

This package offers the perfect balance. You enjoy the creative and hands‑on parts of planning while having a professional to guide decisions and bring everything together seamlessly. This includes ongoing planning guidance and professional support. Vendor recommendations and contract review. Design input to help refine your vision. Scheduled planning check‑ins to keep you on track and full wedding‑day management and vendor coordination.

Day‑Of Coordination is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to manage the final details and execute the day seamlessly. This package includes vendor communication and confirmation, detailed wedding‑day timeline creation, ceremony logistics and rehearsal direction. Full wedding‑day management from setup to send‑off and professional problem‑solving and on‑site support.

Microweddings are intentionally intimate celebrations, and our packages are designed to give you a beautifully curated experience without the scale of a traditional wedding. This includes planning guidance beginning at booking, vendor recommendations suited for intimate events, ceremony and reception layout design. Timeline creation and vendor coordination and full wedding‑day management and onsite set up of decor and florals.

    Lori was absolutely incredible to work with and I hope I get to work along side her again in the near future! She was super helpful throughout the day, the couple truly got to be present with their special day. I can’t recommend Lori enough. She’s efficient concise and does it all with grace!

    Amazing day-of-coordinator!

    Lori was our day-of-coordinator and made our wedding day absolutely perfect! I'm a bit of a control freak by nature, but Lori and her team made me feel so secure and at ease that I genuinely didn't worry about a single thing all day which is honestly the greatest gift I could have asked for as a bride. When our photographer ended up running late, Lori handled it seamlessly, adjusting the schedule and keeping us calm and comfortable the entire time. Looking back, it almost felt like the day was meant to unfold exactly as it did. Neither my husband nor I would change a single thing about our day. If you're looking for a day-of coordinator who will take the stress off your shoulders and make everything feel effortless, look no further. Lori is the best!
