The Derrico Project is a completely customizable party band fit for any event! With their combined experience performing of over 30 years, they are lead by husband and wife team, Jenny and Scotty, who strive to create a live music experience tailored to your preferences and event needs. Band composition ranges from a two piece acoustic band to a full rhythm and vocal section with optional horn(s), and the band covers genres such as Motown, Disco, Dance, Top 40, Hip Hop, Country, & R&B. Their high energy and interactive approach to shows keeps dance floors busy all night long!

A few things that set us apart from other bands are: • Tailored setlist – shaped around your preferences and your crowd • “Play” & “Do Not Play” lists – so you hear what you love and avoid what you don’t • Custom song options – choose 2 special songs for us to learn just for your big day • Curated photo ops – fun, engaging moments during the show that make for amazing photos • Interactive, engaging show – we read the room and keep guests involved all night • Our Event Planning Hub – easy organization of your timeline, song choices, and key moments

Amazing group of people
The Derrico Project made our wedding reception unforgettable. Of course! Each client may pick up to two songs for us to learn for their special day!

We will match the dress code of your choice! Choose from -casual -business casual (slacks with business casual shoes, a button down shirt with no tie, and approximately knee length dresses or slacks with a solid top for the ladies), -semi formal (suits with vest instead of jackets for the guys and dresses or slacks with a solid color top for the ladies), -black tie.

Absolutely!

We sure can! We do the hora and a number of Latin tunes, and we’re happy to learn more!

2-3 hours so we can make sure everything is ready to go in time for you and your guests!

For shows further than two hours from Richmond, we require hotel accommodations, in addition to flight costs, and possibly the costs of rental sound equipment and lighting if we are not able to transport our own equipment.

We provide all stage lighting.

For a small additional fee, we would be happy to provide either (or both)!

We do not charge additional taxes on our packages.
