    Couldn’t ask for a better wedding coordinator

    When you have the wedding party, myself and my bride chanting her name, you know she did an amazing job! Kathy and her team were absolutely stellar. Not only did they bring such a calming energy to the wedding planning process, she gave us such great advice and honestly helped make the entire wedding feel seamless. When I had a wardrobe issue, she instantly calmed me down, broke out the utility chest, and helped me fix my broken button. My wife and I joke that our only complaint is that we don’t have another event going on soon where we could hire Kathy again. I’ve been recommending her to my friends that are getting married soon, and I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re on the fence, just know that my wife and I were so happy we decided to go with Kathy. She will make you feel relaxed, taken care of, and she keeps the atmosphere light and fun.     Kathy was an absolute blessing throughout our wedding planning process. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions we had along the way. She made planning feel fun and stress-free instead of overwhelming. She truly went above and beyond in every way — from ironing linens the night before to helping clean up after a full day of coordinating. On the wedding day, everything was executed so seamlessly and smoothly that we were able to fully enjoy every moment. We truly could not have asked for a better coordinator!

Yes! I plan and coordinate events of all types, including bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome events, and other special celebrations. I love helping couples bring every meaningful moment to life and would be honored to be part of any event leading up to (and beyond!) your big day.
No—each wedding receives our full, dedicated attention. I only take on one wedding per day (and per weekend when applicable) so I can be fully present and focused on my couple. This ensures nothing is rushed, details aren’t missed, and you receive the level of care and attention you deserve on such an important day.
