As a dedicated solo planner, I treat your budget like my own and your vision like a mission. Katie Plans Weddings was born from a realization that my talents lie in art, organization, and the ability to thrive under pressure. As a veteran and a mom I use every skill I've gained into planning beautiful weddings. I handle every logistical detail and embrace the chaos, making sure you're completely free to enjoy the magic of a wedding that is uniquely yours!

When you hire me for full service planning I do all the leg work for you. From venue, to vendors, budgeting, design and beyond! All you do is say Yes! | Partial planning is for couples that want to do a lot of the leg work themselves but they need help along the way. Either you’ve gotten stuck, need help with design elements, staying on budget, or you need help pulling everything you've done together, this is where I can help! | For day of coordination, this is on wedding day! I make sure you have a smooth set up, all your vendors show up on time, all decor gets put out correctly, and the timeline we have created together stays on schedule for a perfect day. *This service includes rehearsal for processional and recessional with your party. |

Absolutely amazing!
Katie is very communicative and inquires about everything, including things I never thought about. She has a wonderful eye for making displays and decor look amazing! I’m not sure I could’ve gone through this planning process without her! I would hire Katie a million times over! She works hard to make sure that your day is exactly what you imagined!

Katie is amazing she thinks of little touches we would never have considered, like the bells and personalized candles. These little things were so cool and added character and conversation points for our guests. She thought of cute food details we could add to make our day more personalized for us like the bride and groom pretzels they were a delicious add on everyone loved. Katie guided us through the more overwhelming decisions I was struggling with like what kind of venue, flower colors, and cakes I wanted that would fit the theme. She managed the vendors amazingly and kept the entire process running smoothly, allowing us to enjoy this next step in life. She truly made our wedding day not just special, but a complete dream come true!
Amazing wedding planner
My wedding decorations were absolutely phenomenal! The archway of flowers was skillfully done by hand by Katelyn herself, and the table decorations were also handmade with such care and detail. Everything felt so personal and heartfelt, making the entire experience even more special. I couldn’t have been happier. From our initials on the table to every single flower placement, everything was thoughtfully planned and executed. I was beyond impressed with Katelyn’s work—she truly brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way.
