Above and Beyond! Forevermore is amazing!
We cannot recommend Lelia and Forevermore Weddings highly enough! From start to finish, Lelia was beyond amazing and played a huge role in making our wedding day at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts absolutely perfect. We chose the partial planning option with Forevermore and felt like we had more than enough meetings with Lelia in the year leading up to our wedding. What impressed us most was how seamlessly she handled everything behind the scenes. On our wedding day, there was an issue with one of our other vendors, and Lelia took care of it completely without ever bothering us. We didn't have to worry about a thing and were able to stay focused on celebrating with our family and friends. It wasn't until later that we learned just how much she had done to resolve the situation. Throughout the planning process, Lelia was organized, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. She helped with each important decision, and also made the process fun! We really felt like the intention we had for every piece of our wedding day was executed to perfection. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Lelia as our wedding planner and are so grateful for everything she did for us. Forevermore is amazing
Hali and Alyssa at Forevermore are amazing. They executed the vision that we had in our heads perfectly, from setting up beautiful tablescapes to keeping our timeline on track while allowing for flexibility for breaks. They both sprang into action on the morning of our wedding day when the power went out, and remained the invisible hands behind the scenes making it happen until the very end of the night. I can’t recommend their professionalism, competence and kindness enough and I’m so happy we worked with them.

Forevermore to the rescue!
Hali was AMAZING as our day-of coordinator for our outdoor wedding at Maymont. We woke up the morning of our wedding to rain in the forecast and naturally freaked out, but Hali kept us grounded and had everything under control! She worked day-of with our vendors to move our ceremony into our reception venue, and all we had to do was inform our guests of the new plan. I cannot imagine how much work it was in such a short time period. Once we got to the venue, the rest of our wedding day was shockingly relaxing - my husband and I spent the whole wedding being in the moment together. Hali and Alyssa handled everything - and also set up the reception area beautifully! She also handled most conversations with vendors in the months leading up to our wedding. My husband and I both have very busy jobs, and I truly don't know what we would have done if we didn't have her in the planning. I really think that if we hadn't hired Hali, we would have been overcome with stress on our big day, and I'm so glad we were able to truly enjoy it with her help. She is always on top of the details, communicative, and also very gentle and kind. Did I mention she was in her third trimester when we got married?? She's a superwoman, and one in a million. So happy we chose Forevermore weddings for our big day :)

Truly fantastic coordinators
We worked mostly with Hali and had an absolutely incredible time. The weather predictions leading up to our outdoor wedding date were all over the place, but Hali had such wonderful recommendations for ways to accommodate the space beyond just tenting. She truly went above and beyond to make the event look like pure magic and the entire day ran smoothly without a hitch. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but Forevermore weddings blew me away and made my wedding feel personal, stress free, and so much fun from start to finish. I honestly can't imagine the day without Hali and Leila. I highly recommend Forevermore Weddings because of their attention to detail, quick communication, and their depth of knowledge about how to plan and run a wedding. Forevermore was one of the first vendors we booked for our wedding and boy did we accidentally stumble into the best decision of our entire planning process. Could not recommend them enough!
