    THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Stephanie is the bomb dot com. Seriously. She saved the day when our original photographer had to drop out and I’m SO GRATEFUL FOR HER!!!!!!! Her photography style is exactly what we were looking for and she’s so so good at what she does. She helps to pose you when you don’t know what you’re doing but she’s also so good at capturing candid moments. She’s also such a fun person to be around and it made the whole day even better! She and her second shooter managed to capture our whole day without ever feeling in the way. She’s very good about deliverables and her photos are out of this world gorgeous. I highly recommend you hire her!!!!!!

    The absolute best photography team!

    Stephanie was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. On our wedding day, she was calm, friendly, and on top of it. She and her second photographer struck the perfect balance of being professional and efficient while also feeling like casual friends, which made the entire experience feel natural and fun. My husband and I felt totally comfortable with her guidance and direction during photos, and she made the whole process so easy, even with unpredictable weather and changing light. She adapted quickly and found the perfect locations around our venue to make sure we got the best possible shots. We were so excited to receive sneak peeks shortly after the wedding, and the photos were absolutely stunning. The quality was flawless and just captured the beauty of our day. She also did our engagement session, and those remain some of our favorite photos ever (other than the wedding, of course). If you’re getting married in Virginia, I cannot recommend Stephanie Jenkins and her team enough. She captured our day perfectly, and we’re so grateful to have these memories to look back on forever.

    Stephanie Jenkins Photography was the perfect wedding photography partner for our special day. From the very beginning, Stephanie's communication style was engaging, collaborative, and flexible - exactly what we were looking for. Her work truly preserves the joy of our wedding, and she had our photos to us quickly so we could relive the memories. Stephanie made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and was open to our suggestions while also rolling with the punches seamlessly. There were a lot of "go-with-the-flow" moments at our wedding, especially with a hawk involved! She was our sole photographer for both our elopement and our reaffirmation ceremony, and we are so grateful she was there to capture both of these meaningful events. We can't wait to have Stephanie back in the future to document more milestones!

    Hire Stephanie!!!! She is the greatest!!!

    If you’re looking for a Richmond wedding photographer, I cannot recommend Stephanie Jenkins enough!! We hired Stephanie at the recommendation of a friend - and I’m so glad we did!! Putting aside the fact that her photos are STUNNING (which they are), Stephanie had such a relaxing and fun presence that she made taking wedding photos a good time! It’s so clear in both her attitude and her work that she loves what she’s doing, and that makes the whole experience 1000x better. On top of that, her work is simply gorgeous. She has such an eye for angles and poses that really comes through in the photos. Stephanie also sent us a sneak peak gallery the day after the wedding (which is not the norm!), which was so nice and let us relive some of our favorite moments the next day! Stephanie was responsive, professional, and best of all TALENTED. Again, if you’re looking for a Richmond wedding photographer, hire Stephanie!!!

    You have found the perfect photographer - SJP!

    Stephanie Jenkins is the BEST! She is so fun to work with and brings a sense of joy and laughter, while still keeping the photo session very calm and organized. I was truly amazed at how quickly she was able to get all the shots of our families after the wedding ceremony, when time is so critical. (She also has some great jokes up her sleeve to bring out the best smiles) Stephanie has an ability to make all things beautiful and you will be delighted with the finished product. Photography is TRULY her gifting and you need not look any further than her for the perfect photographer!

Yes! We are a 4-piece Photography Team. No matter what, we always have the best of the best to support you on your big day. We also second shoot for each other, so if you're booking a package with a second photographer, it will be someone trained from our team.
Packages list a specific amount, but I have to be honest. I'm not a hoarder of images. I want you to enjoy as many great ones as there are. I don't have set caps. I'll always hook it up!

One of the perks of working with Stephanie Jenkins Photo is that we are a team of Photographers. So no matter what, someone else could easily step in in the event of an emergency and have a consistent experience.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Customized payment plans are available upon request. Traditionally, a 50% retainer is due at the signing of the contract and the balance is due 15 days before your event. But hey, we're all human and sometimes we need to take the edge off and we're here to help. If you'd like to pay in full, an additional $200 is deducted from the total as a thank-you bonus.
Stephanie has been a Photographer full-time for the last 12 years! Most of our Associate Photographers have been shooting for several years as well!
My turnaround time varies by season. However, you’ll be able to view your sneak peek gallery within 48-hours! This includes a link to the high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints. Your final gallery will be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Should you want a quicker turn around we also offer 7-day rush orders.
