At Skyler Events, we specialize in Wedding Management. Our signature package is designed for couples who have secured their vendor team and completed much of the planning on their own, but need expert support to bring the final details together. Service includes: 3 planning meetings, venue final walk-through, customized timeline and reception layout, ceremony rehearsal, decor set up, and 11 hours of wedding day management.

    Achieve your dream day with Skyler Events

    As a wedding DJ, I work in close coordination with the wedding planner in the lead up to the event and throughout the day. Natalia from Skyler Events made that entire process just how I like it: thorough, detail-oriented, and professional. It was easy to stay in synch during the wedding as she was totally on top of the timeline, even when encountering the odd delay or curveball. And talk about gorgeous results! From the venue setting to the floral arrangements to the guest experience, everything was right out of a magazine spread. Skyler Events has the situation in hand and they come highly recommended from this seasoned vendor.

    Detail Oriented Professional

    Natalia is a joy to work with. She is detail oriented, organized and a complete professional who strives to make sure every detail is accounted for. We designed a photo shoot together at my floral studio. She pulled together the rentals, tablescape design and a videographer in a very short turn around time. She would be an asset to your wedding vendor team. I highly recommend her!

    Fantastic Wedding Planner

    I had the pleasure of working alongside Natalia recently for a styled wedding shoot. Working with Natalia was such a wonderful experience! You’re making a lot of big decisions about your wedding right now — it can feel overwhelming. During a consultation call, my goal is to learn more about your vision, aesthetic, logistical needs, and the atmosphere you want to create for your guests. We’ll talk about where you are in the planning process and what kind of support you need. I'll share the services I offer, then we'll decide if we are a good fit.
Great question! While there’s no industry-standard definition for “Day-Of” Coordination, these services typically begin 4–8 weeks before the wedding, may include limited vendor management, and may provide fewer hours of on-site support on your wedding day. Our Signature Wedding Management Package offers a comprehensive experience beginning 12 weeks before your wedding, including 3 planning meetings, full vendor coordination, a customized timeline, reception layout, and seating chart. On the wedding day, we provide 11 hours of on-site event management. One assistant is included at no extra charge.
Yes! Part of our role is bringing your aesthetic vision to life. We will gladly help with tablescapes, placing signage, and arranging your memory or guestbook table. We will work with your caterer and florist to make sure all arrangements are placed correctly and the tablescape is how you envisioned it to be. If your décor setup is very extensive, we’ll create a plan together to be sure everything is completed.
