About this venue
Greenock Manor is a 150 year old Farmhouse with towering giant trees. The Manor is a beautiful restored traditional American Victorian style farmhouse with a delightful wrap around balcony. We aim at a homely feel for our bridal families to reduce stress. We include a ton of props - so please visit us - we look so forward to meeting you. We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 18 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We can include a planner to manage your wedding on your wedding day too!

Extra Cottages available on request. Wedding rehearsal and setting up done Friday evening to reduce stress and so much more! Nearest hotel 5min walk away for additional guests!
SUNDAY BUDGET WEDDING PACKAGE

Off-peak pricing $1,250-2,000
Arrive Sunday 12noon. Includes most of what you will need in terms of tables, chairs, dance floor, coolers, cake displays, seating chart, 800ft of fairy lights, lawn games and other decor items. The Honeymoon suite is included for the full day - the bride and groom stays over night in the honeymoon suite. 6 additonal bedrooms available at Greenock for an additional charge. Nearest hotel is a 5min walk from us.
THURSDAY WEDDING PACKAGE
2-100 guests

Off-peak pricing $1,500-3,250
Check in Thursday morning 9am and check out Friday morning. Includes most of what you will need in terms of tables, chairs, dance floor, coolers, cake displays, seating chart, 800ft of fairy lights, lawn games and other decor items. The Honeymoon suite is included for the full day - the bride and groom stays over night in the honeymoon suite. It also includes a room for the groom and groomsmen to get ready in. Nearest hotel is a 5min walk from us.

Wedding Day
Choosing Greenock Manor for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, we knew it was a beautiful venue, but what truly made our experience unforgettable were the incredible people behind it. Our coordinator, Chanel, went above and beyond to make sure everything came together. She was patient, organized, reassuring, and always ready to jump in wherever she was needed. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but having someone like Chanel by our side made us feel supported every step of the way. Jim, our DJ and officiant, was just as amazing. He brought such a calming presence to the day, kept everything flowing smoothly, and made everyone feel welcome. He was professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to both marry us and keep the celebration going. The entire Greenock Manor team made us feel like more than just another couple on the schedule. They treated us and our guests with warmth, kindness, and hospitality that we’ll never forget. Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for, and when we look back on it, we’ll always remember not only how beautiful the venue was, but how cared for we felt throughout the entire experience. Thank you, Chanel, Jim, and everyone at Greenock Manor for helping make one of the most important days of our lives so incredibly special. We are forever grateful.

We Love Greenock Manor!
Greenock Manor was TRULY a dream come true for us! When describing my ideal venue, I would tell people that I wanted a “manor vibe” with a space for a reception that was “outdoor and covered, but not by a tent” AND I wanted fairy lights over the dance floor. I wasn’t sure a place like that even existed, and if it did, I thought there was no way it’d be in our (tight) budget. But then I found Greenock, and had a phone conversation with Chanel, who immediately started listing all the things she could do to make it work for us. I couldn’t believe it! And after we booked, she continued to go above and beyond when it came to planning and coordinating. She was so kind, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, and our wedding ended up being PERFECT thanks to her (and her great staff!). We will recommend Greenock to all our friends!

September Wedding
We got married at Greenock Manor, and it was truly the best experience! It was supposed to rain on our wedding day, but Chanel went above and beyond to keep us calm and had every backup plan ready to go. She made sure everything ran perfectly so we could actually relax and enjoy the day. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful — our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous everything was. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to get married!

Perfect Venue
We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Greenock Manor, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Chanel—who not only runs the venue but also served as our wedding coordinator and planner—was truly phenomenal. She is incredibly sweet, attentive, and went above and beyond to help us create a weekend we’ll never forget. Chanel connected us with amazing vendors, including our caterer, DJ, officiant, and photographer, and made the entire planning process feel seamless. She helped to ensure we were getting good prices, and she was always accommodating, communicative, responsive, and wonderfully organized, which made us feel completely at ease leading up to the big day. The venue itself is stunning—elegant, charming, and full of character. Our wedding was in late April, and the venue grounds were lush and vibrant with greenery and flowers. One of the highlights was the ample on-site lodging, which allowed the wedding party to stay with us over the weekend. Being able to spend extra time with our close friends and loved ones in such a beautiful setting made everything even more special. After the wedding, we took advantage of the fire pit on the property, and it turned out to be the perfect way to wind down with our wedding party and share a few more laughs before the weekend came to a close. We can’t recommend Greenock Manor—and Chanel—highly enough. It was everything we dreamed of and more.
