I am going to be honest, when our Daughter first pitched us the Market Experience at the Brick Cellar, I thought she was joking. Skip the caterer? Let guests buy their own food? At a wedding? She was not joking. And it was the best decision we made. Here is how our day went. They had their ceremony at the Old Trinity Church, which is literally across the street from the Dairy Market, it is a gorgeous 1939 church, she cried before she even made it down the aisle. After the ceremony, instead of guests standing around during the awkward cocktail hour while couple and family did photos, they walked 15 steps to the Dairy Market. We had pre loaded gift cards for every guest so they could order whatever they wanted, Star Hill beer, pizza from Dinos, burgers from Sizzle Shack, sushi/poke from Mashu, Phillys and Sandwiches from Jukes, you name it! Eight vendors, everyone found something they loved, and our guests were fed, happy, and socializing before we even finished photos!! Then everyone came downstairs to the Brick Cellar for the reception and honestly it was the most fun I have ever had. Dancing, drinks, hors d’oeuvres, cake, the whole thing. Nobody was sitting at a table waiting to be served. The energy was incredible from the moment we walked in. The part that still blows my mind: we saved thousands of dollars on food. Thousands. That money went toward their honeymoon instead of a catering bill. The guests are still talking about how different and fun the whole experience was. If you are a couple who wants a wedding that actually feels like a party and does not want to spend your savings on a dinner nobody remembers anyway, look into the Brick Cellar! There is truly nothing else like it!

From our first conversation with The Brick Cellar at Dairy Market, the team was responsive and eager to help us plan our wedding day. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. The venue itself is spacious and filled with natural light, creating a beautiful backdrop for our celebration with plenty of room for all our guests. What impressed us most was the value we got for the price—it's hard to find a venue this gorgeous and well-maintained without breaking the bank.
