I am a thirty-nine year old mother of two. I have been in food service for over twenty years, and have been catering for fifteen. I specialize in southern style food and absolutely love trying new foods any time. I was taught to cook by my late Grandmother starting as soon as I could sit on a counter top.

I guess you could say cooking and serving have always been a part of my life. It is truly what I love to do and I am so thankful that I get to do it! My staff are all considered family. We are a close nit group who work hard and love what we do. We all spend a lot of time together both at and away from work.

    We cannot say enough amazing things about Ashly Kaye Catering and the incredible job they did for our wedding! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The food was beyond amazing — every single thing was fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and our guests are still talking about it days later. It truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable. But what really stood out was the people behind it all. The entire staff was so kind, professional, hardworking, and attentive throughout the entire evening. They made everything run so smoothly and made us feel completely taken care of, which allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our day. Ashly herself was wonderful to work with through the entire process. She was organized, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our vision come to life. You can tell she puts her heart into what she does. And we especially have to mention Ashly’s daughter, who was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond in every possible way throughout the night. Whether it was helping keep things on track, checking on us, or stepping in wherever needed, she truly made such a difference. Her kindness, calmness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we are so incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. Choosing Ashly Kaye Catering was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We would recommend them to absolutely anyone for weddings, parties, or any special event. If you want amazing food and an even more amazing team behind it, Ashly Kaye Catering is the way to go. Thank you all so much for helping give us the wedding of our dreams!

    You get what you pay for

    Ashly Kaye's Catering Services had a snarky, sometimes passive aggressive communication style with delayed responses. An example was Ashly giving a snarky response to an email, and a few hours later apologizing because she "hadn't had her coffee yet". While the food tasted good, the overall customer service and care we experienced was lacking. For example, the meat lasagna we tried and chose was missing meat on the day of. When the groom tried to order a glass of wine for him and myself, the bartender said they didn't have that kind, when they most certainly did, and now we have a case of bottles leftover. I was also told that the bartender rolled her eyes at a bridesmaid and told her they didn't have sour mix. They did. On a positive note, the appetizers were really good and replenished quickly, and the buffet went smoothly and quickly. It was also nice that they packed up leftovers for us. I would love to give 5 stars, but unfortunately cannot due to the poor communication, missing ingredients, and overall poor customer service. We chose Ashly Kaye's for the price, but if you have more money to spend on a caterer, I would look elsewhere.

    New Years Eve wedding

    Ashly Kaye's Catering Services was wonderful to work with for my daughters rehearsal dinner and wedding. They had open communication throughout the planning process and were always available to answer our questions. The staff was fantastic - they ensured the appetizers were readily available to all guest and the tables were beautifully set. The food was excellent (received many compliments) and we received great value for the quality and service provided. We highly recommend Ashly Kaye's Catering Services for their wonderful staff, excellent food, and helpful communication. They truly contributed to making the day perfect.     Ashly Kaye's Catering Services provided excellent catering for our daughter’s rehearsal and wedding. From the initial consultation to the day-of service, their team was responsive and proactive in their communication. They followed up with us regularly to ensure all of our menu preferences were accommodated. On the wedding day, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff was attentive and professional. We received numerous compliments from our guests on the quality of the catering. Ashly Kaye's Catering Services made the catering process seamless, and we highly recommend them to any couple planning a wedding.
