at Autumn’s we provide delicious, upscale comfort food while priding ourselves on being one of Richmond VA’s more affordable, professional caterers. our custom menus offer fresh ingredients that are hand prepared and can be tailored to meet your exact need and party style. if you don’t see what you’re looking for, let us know, we can create a menu just for you and your event. we also provide vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free menu items as well.

no matter the function or size, our professionally trained staff do our best to meet all your needs and make your event an extra special one. we pride ourselves on top-notch customer service and getting to know each of our clients. we specialize in out-of-town clients, and can create that perfect vision from afar.

    Flawless Allergy-Friendly Service

    We cannot recommend Claudine and her team highly enough! From the very beginning, communication was responsive, helpful, and reassuring. Creating a menu that accommodated all of our numerous dietary restrictions was challenging. Claudine made it look easy. Every request was handled with care and expertise without compromising flavor! Honestly, when have you ever had a dinner without garlic, onions, or gluten? The fact that she and her team delivered food that was not only safe for everyone but genuinely delicious is something we’ll always appreciate. What truly set them apart was their kindness and generosity throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond during both the planning stages and on our wedding day, helping everything feel seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine care made us feel supported every step of the way. We are so grateful for everything Claudine and her team did to make our wedding day special. They exceeded our expectations at every turn, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for incredible food and an even more incredible team.

    Amazing Wedding Catering!

    From the beginning, Claudine was very responsive and communicative with our catering wants and needs! My now husband and I knew coming in that we wanted a buffet style menu and a simple bartending package and were able to have both of those things with Autumn's Custom Catering. They offered a bunch of different appetizers, entrees, sides, and drinks to choose from, and ensured that we had plenty of time to explore their options. I had many questions regarding menu items and rental items, and Claudine always ensured that she answered in a timely manner and was clear and communicative about everything! She was always very warm and sweet. On the big day, she ensured that me and my husband were taken care of, and had nothing but kind things to say, and the biggest hugs to give!!! The appetizers and buffet items were so delicious and yummy, and the staff was exceptional! We cannot recommend Autumn's Custom Catering enough!!

    Working with Autumn's Catering & Cafe was such a breeze from start to finish. Their team anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and they stayed organized throughout the entire planning process and wedding day. The food was outstanding, and the bar service kept our guests happy all night long. What really stood out was how lively and professional the bartenders and caterers wer; they brought genuine joy to the event and made sure everything ran smoothly without us having to worry. Autumn's made communication effortless, and their flexibility meant they could adapt to any last-minute changes we needed.     Wonderful service!

    Many thanks to the team at ACC for everything they did for our wedding day. From the initial tasting to the day of, the team was wonderfully flexible, responsive, and accommodating for all our guests dietary needs. We loved working with Autumn's Catering, and we were OBSESSED with the menu - so good! The hardest part was deciding what to serve when everything we tasted was delicious. Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.
Our professionally trained staff will set up the food tables in the requested style and colors. we will also survey the room, remove trash, bus tables and clean up the food area. we will also pack up the food items and catering supplies.
We are able to provide full event party planning and decorating services, professional bartenders and bar service, service staff, plated table service with customized tableware, room design and decoration. we can also setup and breakdown tables, and provide specialized rental items such as tents, dishes, tables, table linens and napkins at an additional fee.
Our staff is usually on site one to three hours prior to the start of your event, depending on your party size & setup needed. we use this time to set up and organize the site.
We ask that you or a representative of your party or facility be there to grant us access to your site. you do not need to be present during the time we are setting your space. if you are unable to be there during the arranged time, we do ask that we meet with you no less than 48 hours prior to your event, to go over any special instructions, get keys or discuss final changes.
Yes. we may be able to provide service for small lunches and dinners with at least 5 hours notice depending on the menu chosen, and in house supplies. we also can provide service for larger functions and weddings if request is made no later than 12pm the prior day.
We typically service the central virginia area. we will gladly travel throughout the state of virginia for an an additional travel fee. (typically up to 2 hours)
We do not charge extra for saturdays, and yes, we do cater on sundays, when available. certain holidays may carry an additional fee.
All parties are subject to state, local and henrico meal taxes. if the event runs longer than 4.5 hours, an additional fee per hour, per staff member will be charged.
We ask that any changes to the menu be made no later than 7 days prior to your event. any increases to the guest amount should be made no later than 3 days prior. guest reductions can only be made within the first 30 days after booking. location and date changes will be made as needed and may incur an additional fee.
We ask that you let us know if there are circumstances that require you to move or reschedule your event as soon as possible. we will try to make the transition as smooth as possible. an additional fee may be charged to cater the event at a later date.
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards or paypal. all credit card transactions will incur a 3% service fee.
