We love to develop menus based on our clients' needs & likes, finances. So we do not like to just publish menus without first meeting & speaking with our clients. We feel it make there experiences smoother and less stressful.

We get to know our clients on a one-to-one basis there needs & wants, so that their day will be different from any other function they have ever had or experienced before, a one of a one-of-a-kind experience!!

    I have enjoyed Chef Moya's cooking at private events and when he had a Cuban food trailer. His food is exemplary and I would not hesitate to contract him. In fact, I have secured him to design and implement a private party in July 2027 to celebrate my doctoral graduation.
