    Chelsea Moring and her team at Illumination Events LLC (IE) truly made all of my wedding dreams come to life. As someone with a very Type A personality and a very specific vision for our wedding day, I cannot overstate how incredible Chelsea was throughout the entire process. She not only understood my vision, but somehow made everything even more beautiful and seamless than I could have imagined. We booked IE’s most basic package, and they still went completely above and beyond in every possible way — I can only imagine how amazing their top-tier packages must be. From our initial meetings months before the wedding, to our 30-day planning meeting, to constant communication the week of the wedding, Chelsea was always there. She was responsive, organized, calming, and genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever worked with. We had over 150 guests at our wedding, and Chelsea brought three assistants along with their social media content creator. Every single member of the team was professional, helpful, attentive, and wonderful to work with. They coordinated seamlessly with our other vendors and handled every detail behind the scenes so flawlessly that I was able to be fully present and genuinely stress-free on my wedding day. Hiring Illumination Events was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. I truly cannot recommend Chelsea and her team enough.

    10/10!!!!

    We had our wedding at Fairview Farm Events, and the planning support we received—especially from Chelsea—was absolutely incredible. We met with Chelsea a couple of times before the big day, but she was always available whenever we needed her via text, phone, or email. She made sure every detail was covered and helped us feel completely prepared and organized leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Chelsea and her team were truly amazing. I didn’t have to think about a single thing—they took care of everything. I never once had an empty drink (and never even had to step up to the bar!), she made sure both my husband and I had plates of food, and she consistently checked in to make sure we were actually eating and enjoying the night. She kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, coordinating seamlessly with all of our vendors so the entire day felt effortless from start to finish. If you’re getting married at Fairview Farm, you are in the best hands. I can’t recommend Chelsea and her team enough—they made our day stress-free, smooth, and truly unforgettable.

    A life saver!
