“Hali was AMAZING as our day-of coordinator for our outdoor wedding at Maymont. We woke up the morning of our wedding to rain in the forecast and naturally freaked out, but Hali kept us grounded and had everything under control! She worked day-of with our vendors to move our ceremony into our reception venue, and all we had to do was inform our guests of the new plan. I cannot imagine how much work it was in such a short time period. Once we got to the venue, the rest of our wedding day was shockingly relaxing - my husband and I spent the whole wedding being in the moment together. Hali and Alyssa handled everything - and also set up the reception area beautifully! She also handled most conversations with vendors in the months leading up to our wedding. My husband and I both have very busy jobs, and I truly don't know what we would have done if we didn't have her in the planning. Starting from our consultation, Katelyn was extremely personable and encouraging. We were of course nervous about our tight timeline, but she quickly made us feel at ease. She honored our vision, asked the right questions, and helped us be decisive during the planning process when we needed it. Sulli took over as our day-of-coordinator and did an amazing job memorizing our timeline and all the small details of the day. She managed parking attendants from CW and tricky traffic down our venue’s one-lane road with ease, ensuring our guests had a seamless experience. Both Katelyn and Sulli were great communicators, answering our many questions in a timely manner and handling all communication with the vendor team as we approached the big day. The best testimony of how well they worked together was that after the wedding we had multiple guests and even fellow vendors remark on how smooth and effortless the day felt. We are so grateful to the entire team and we highly recommend Champagne Wishes for all your wedding planning needs! As a side note, we also worked with CW for some day-of rentals such as gorgeous wooden benches for our ceremony, cocktail tables, and LED candles. “I got married on 05/23/25 and hiring Brittney as our wedding planner was hands down THE BEST DECISION we made during the entire wedding planning process. From our very first meeting, Brittney brought an incredible mix of professionalism, creativity, knowledge, and enthusiasm. She also has her own inventory that you can rent items from which are A LOT cheaper than buying them. Depending on your package, you can use some items for free. OH and did I mention that her prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE for the value and service that you will receive. We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. “Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. “Since wedding coordination is my career, my standards were very high and I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find a coordinator I trusted. Mia quelled ALL of my worries and blew me away with her skill and knowledge at every turn. Mia was seamlessly organized, deeply kind, and highly professional through the entire process. She started every meeting genuinely asking how we were in not only our wedding planning lives, but also just in our day to day. She truly wanted to get to know US and from that blossomed a beautiful relationship that didn’t feel contractual or forced at all. She somehow made it feel as if we were the only couple she was working with and like we were a top top top priority for her! Plus, her design suggestions are impeccable! She has taste and an eye for all things beautiful! Hiring LAE was the number 1 best decision we made for our wedding! QUEER COUPLES THIS IS YOUR COORDINATOR!!! We are a queer couple and Mia was so incredibly supportive of us and our identities the entire time. She cared about and understood pronouns, family dynamics, and more without making it a big deal. She was 100% open to throwing tradition out the window when it didn’t suit us but also totally here for upholding it when it felt right. She LOVED our clothing choices and encouraged us to embrace our true selves instead of what the wedding industry told us we had to wear. We felt truly celebrated! On the big day, Mia and her team, Macie and Tiffany, were early and on the ball! The second they arrived I could feel my nerves disappear knowing they would be overseeing every little detail. They came ready with every form (and extra copies) imaginable, dressed professionally and in line with our color pallet, and miced up for quick and discreet communication. Our wedding party and guests were raving about how kind they all were and how well they executed everything that day. As a couple, my spouse and I felt at ease and were able to let go and have a blast on our wedding day because we knew all the little details were in the BEST hands. We heard from guests that the shuttle had messed up big time and literally went to the wrong hotel. Mia and her team fixed the issue SO FAST and kept it SO QUIET that we had no idea anything was wrong and we were able to enjoy our evening blissfully unaware that our guests almost didn’t make it to the ceremony! Then, after the wedding Mia had already reached out to the shuttle company to begin dialogue about what happened and to request a refund without us even having to ask her! I cannot possibly recommend Mia and LAE enough and we will forever look back on our beautiful wedding day with fond stress free memories thanks to LAE!”

“Carice Coleman of Pinnacle Affairs was a true joy to work with. From planning my surprise engagement to our wedding Carice provided smooth communication, was very responsive and handled any issue that came up with any vendors. She was very flexible and thorough throughout the entire process. She had great vendor recommendations and an awesome checklist that made our wedding day as smooth as possible from photographer, florist, dj, etc. As the day of coordinator, Carice did not stop moving to ensure our day went as we wished, even when things occurred she handled them with grace. Her team provided wonderful support as well. I look forward to our next event because it will be a joy to work with her again. If you are reading this review, she is your woman for the job!”

“Hiring Johanna (and the whole JLM team) for our wedding was the second best choice I've ever made - only to be beat out by the decision to marry my husband! Johanna and her team were absolute rockstars from over a year out until the very last moment. If you are thinking of hiring her, just do it. It was the biggest help to have someone to guide us and tell us all of the things we needed to do and when we needed to do them. She was extremely thorough and made our wedding day seamless. So seamless, in fact, that we barely saw her on the actual day because she was so busy making everything come together. This was a huge help to us as she made sure we just floated through our special day. Johanna was present and ready to give helpful tips or feedback to every question we had. Days and Eves Weddings and Events

“Genevieve and her team just finished working with my wife and I on our October 11th wedding. We used the Event Management package and are so happy we did! We spent the last year booking all of all vendors and working on all the fine details of decor, music, and signage etc. We started working with Days and Eves to help close all of the open gaps and work on the day of timeline. We thought we had all questions answered but we certainly did not! It was so helpful to have the team provide us with all of the schedules and guides to ensure that the day ran smoothly, for which it did! Everyone who was a part of the wedding knew what they needed to do and went to her or her assistant for questions. This allowed us to just be there and present. When we walked into the ceremony and reception, each time we were so blown away by how wonderful it looked! All of our items were placed perfectly to our guides and the restaurants additional items were worked in perfectly. Genevieve's schedule and suggested flow worked wonderful and we felt as relaxed (as possible). At the end of the night, she worked neatly to get all of our items so nicely packed and organized for us, which was much appreciated. We are so happy and grateful for Genevieve.”
