“Our venue required a day-of coordinator, which at first we were unsure about as a general idea, thinking we "didn't need one" (ha), but we'd do it because we had to. I had a call with Ashley, who I could immediately tell was the realest and most down to earth coordinator, just what we needed. We had general visions of our day, and Ashley was terrific about guiding us on how to make it all seamless, without ever pushing us towards any particular decision, just always listening to what we personally envisioned and telling us exactly how to make it happen in the most uncomplicated, budget-friendly, yet classy ways. We had phone calls at different intervals all the way from starting planning, to the week of the wedding, which kept us on track and saved us from forgetting time-sensitive tasks. Ashley did a lot of the communication with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. When Ashley shared that she would not personally be the coordinator on our wedding day, she set up a video call with Nadia, who would also be assisted by Katherine, so that we would be as comfortable as possible. Nadia and Katherine did an incredible job day-of, to the point that I'm certain I must have missed some sort of chaos that I still don't know about, because everything seemed to go completely perfect and stress-free from my and my husband's perspective. My husband and some family members (mostly guys, for what it's worth...might not have understood the "vision") brought and set up a lot of the decor in the morning, but my husband shared that Nadia and Katherine were wonderful about making things really come together. Our entire process with Plume & Pearl, and especially our wedding day, was purely joyful and low-stress thanks to the team, and I can't imagine doing this without them!”

“Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans. On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with. “I cannot recommend Maddy and Cass enough for someone who needs help on their big day! I was pretty set on planning when it came to vendors, however I was completely lost on the logistical aspect of the wedding day itself. Maddy and Cass were lifesavers in creating the perfect timeline with plenty of Plan B options (which we utilized for weather!). They were so thorough, responding with the most thoughtful emails to some of my silly questions. We hired them for "wedding management", but they did so much more than that. They had an intro call with us, came to my house & met my parents, went to our walk through, had another final call, and were with us from the morning of the wedding day until midnight. They thought of creative solutions for me to address vendors when things got a little hairy, and even offered to reach out to my vendor for me. The day of packet they created was unbelievable. They were everything I needed to keep my day stress free.”

We had a private property wedding with lots of tent permit/alcohol license questions that needed answers. Johanna not only helped answer all of our questions, but gave us the confidence to sit back and enjoy our day! She was punctual and always a ray of sunshine! We also had a specific vision for the table settings and ceremony. JLM executed the decor flawlessly. We also hired Danielly to capture short “content creation” videos. This was THE BEST decision we could have made. It was such a treat to see our wedding in little snippets that we can have for the rest of our lives!”

“We loved having Sarah as our wedding planner! We used her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Rosewood Farms in September. As someone who thought they were an organized person, Sarah exceeded our expectations of what organized looks like. We had our first meeting with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day. I went into the meeting feeling nervous and anxious about all the things we had left to do and all the details that still needed to be decided on. Sarah gave us great advice on linens (I’ve never thought about linens in as much detail until I met Sarah lol), timeline, table layout, and all of the logistics throughout the day. We left our first meeting having our entire wedding day timeline planned out from the moment we got to the venue at 8am until we left at 10pm. Safe to say we left that meeting feeling much better and knew that we were in great hands. Fast forward to our wedding day and we can confidently say that it was everything we dreamed of. Sarah executed my vision of what I wanted our reception space, cocktail hour, and ceremony space to look like perfectly. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. She had our cocktail hour food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony and made sure that we got our preferred drinks right before last call. She kept everything on schedule and I don’t think we had a single hiccup all day long (and even if we did we didn’t know about it). It also helps when all of your vendors have worked together multiple times and get along great. We had such a great team! On top of giving us our perfect day, Sarah is also the sweetest person to work with! She supported our decisions and gave her input and expertise when we needed it. I felt comfortable giving her creative discretion because I felt like she listened and understood my vision in our meetings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any wedding planning services! She is organized, attentive, supportive, hard working, and easy to get along with! I can’t thank her enough for giving us our perfect day!”
