After an initial Zoom call where they explained everything they offer, how the process would work with a day-of coordinator, and broke down all the pricing, we felt confident moving forward—and we’re so glad we did. Maddie and Cass helped us with every detail, from coordinating vendors to designing our save-the-dates, invitations, florals, and decor. They tied everything together so beautifully and made our vision come to life. Leading up to the wedding, they were always there to answer any questions and offer support. On the wedding day itself, they executed everything flawlessly, the timeline they created kept the day flowing perfectly, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding.
