We couldn't have made a better choice in using Heirloom Event Company to help us plan our wedding. Our planning timeline was only about 5 months, My husband and I lived in different countries and had to deal with the added stress of immigration visas on top of wedding planning. We wanted a planner who would understand our needs and someone we could trust to listen to our vision for the day and make it happen. Haylie was so easy to work with, always on top of deadlines and keeping us on track in the all stages of planning. She listened to our ideas and dreams and found vendors that suited and fit within budget. She found us an amazing coffee cart vendor after i said coffee would be awesome to have. We dreamed of it being a fairytale/ hobbiton vibes in the music, she found us a music duo who hit the brief perfectly. She helped us surprise each other the morning of and throughout the day. She communicated with vendors, understood the fine print in the contracts and would let us know what our responsibility was. She was so supportive throughout the whole planning stage, any questions we had she answered and even after the wedding, answering questions that only come up after the event has happened. Haylie was intentional, thoughtful and she helped us be at ease leading up to the wedding and day of. With family travelling from outside of the country, she made a simple document we could give to them to have all the info needed so they didn't ask us the day of. Haylie went above and beyond to make our wedding day our dream day and we cant thank her enough.

Hiring BreAnn to be our day of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions I could have made. We got married this past June and our day went perfectly, so smooth, no hiccups and this is all because of Bre. Anytime I recommend Bre to a future bride, one thing I always say is that when you consider how much money is going into a wedding - you should also make an investment in making sure your day runs smoothly. Bre met with me a year prior to my wedding, helped create a spreadsheet to keep track of all vendors, gave amazing recommendations on vendors, did a walk through of the venue with me, created timelines, helped with o ur rehearsal & so much more. All of that was done BEFORE the wedding day was even here. Bre goes above and beyond to coordinate all your vendors and puts so much effort in making sure your vision comes to life. The day of my wedding I, nor anyone in the bridal party was bothered with vendor questions which really allowed everyone to just be able to relax. When arriving to our venue Bre had helped set up the decor and everything was stunning. Because I live close by her she even came and picked up my welcome sign prior to the wedding day along with the marriage certificate so I truly had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. Bre helped everyone stay on track with timing, helped everyone throughout the ceremony know where to stand, when to start walking, etc - which is so helpful when you’re trying to get a bunch of people in a bridal party to listen. Once the wedding was over Bre packed up all of our decor making sure everything was extremely organized and she even took home my flower bouquet since I was having it preserved and helped coordinate that to ensure the bouquet would be safe at the end of the night. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator - just do it. You truly will not regret hiring Bre, she was the best vendor/decisions I could have made for our wedding!

Lauren was a dream to work with! I went into planning not even thinking about hiring a day of coordinator - but l am so glad I did! My venue recommended it and after doing some research I found I Do Memorable Occasions. Lauren listened to all of my requests and feedback, was extremely accommodating, and matched me with the perfect person. Christina was amazing and to any bride on the fence about getting a day of coordinator I say -DO IT! It was 100% worth the investment (which was reasonable compared to a lot of other vendors) and allowed me to enjoy my day while limiting the stress. I was able to be fully present and have a go to person for anything I needed on my big day and I fully contribute that to her! She even checked into our hotel for us and packed up all the decor into my car so that at the end of the night my new hubby and I could directly leave, allowing both our families to also enjoy every moment with us. When we got to the hotel we were welcomed with a gift and photos taken by our coordinator throughout the day which was so nice because we still haven't gotten anything back from our photographer yet! I am so so so glad that I decided to not only book a coordinator, but specifically I Do Memorable Occasions. Alexa is a true professional with her work and I knew from the moment we spoke to her that she was the one we wanted to work with. We interviewed several planners that did not come close to Alexa’s level of expertise and ability to make you feel calm and in good hands. If I was able to re-do my wedding again, I may change a few vendors, but Alexa is someone we would lock down over and over again! Hands down the best decision we made! Alexa is reliable, professional, friendly, and most importantly organized! We immediately had a guide on where to start and where we should be with our process each month. Alexa was available to us for any questions or doubts we might have, and made the most stressful months leading up to our wedding stress free. She always asked questions we didn’t think to ask. I cannot recommend Sarah enough! Where to begin! Cylee was recommended to my husband and I through our amazing Dj at 3rd Shift Djs. She proved to be just as fantastic! We met with her regarding month-of planning services, and she definitely delivered. As a pretty spastic person that isn't the biggest fan of planning, I knew I needed someone that could keep me in line when it came to getting final details together and communicate with my vendors. Cylee came and proved why she is the best at her job! She kept us organized, was available via text, facetime, google meetings, etc whenever we needed something. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. I was completely unaware what time it was all day, able to stay in the moment because she was on top of everything and kept us on schedule. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet, she cares deeply about her job and the folks she works with, and she has a keen eye for the details. My husband and I had the best day ever, and Cylee is a huge reason why! If you're looking for someone to help make your day as magical as mine, she's exactly who you're looking for!!! We love her!

We hired Johnna as our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was truly such an angel to work with. Her pricing is more than reasonable for the services she provides and she was always super quick to respond. She was so sweet, reassuring, and helpful through the entire process. Even in the months leading up to the wedding, she would reach out to check in and offered to handle any tasks or communication that I needed help with. She took the time to plan phone calls with me even when I just needed someone to listen to everything going on in my mind with the planning process. She took so much weight off my shoulders in the months leading up to the wedding. On the day of, we worked with Kat, Casey, and Anna and WOW. I was truly speechless at how incredible the whole team was. They took my vision and brought it to life so seamlessly! We had multiple snags in the morning, putting us behind in our timeline by about an hour. But the team of girls worked quickly and quietly behind the scenes to smooth everything out and get us back on track, without me even realizing. My florals were over an hour late and I didn’t even know it because they swooped in and got it all straightened out before anyone even mentioned it to me. They also handled all of the tear down and cleanup for us as well and had all of our items neatly packed up ready for us to take home. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Johnna and her team, I am so grateful to have had them be a part of our special day. I reached out to Marissa in June 2025, a full year before our wedding, and from day one she became so much more than a coordinator. She was my sounding board, my cheerleader, my voice of reason, and my calm whenever wedding planning felt overwhelming. No matter how busy she was, she always made time for me. Every question, every meeting, every last-minute thought—I never once felt like a burden. One of the best decisions we made was adding her setup and tear-down package. Brides, if you’re considering it, DO IT. After your wedding, you will be exhausted. Your parents will be exhausted. The last thing anyone wants to do is spend hours packing decor, organizing personal items, and figuring out where everything goes. Marissa handled it all. My family and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything was secured, organized, and ready for pickup the next day. That peace of mind alone was worth every penny. I am never the person who writes reviews, but Marissa deserves every ounce of recognition she receives. Throughout the planning process, she was there for every important milestone—our final walkthrough, rehearsal, vendor coordination, timeline creation, and all the countless details that go into making a wedding run smoothly. She created an incredibly detailed and personalized timeline that became the backbone of our day. Then June 7, 2026 arrived, and she absolutely proved why she is one of the best in the business. From the moment she arrived, she was in full wedding mode. Professional, organized, confident, and completely in control. She came dressed exactly as requested, equipped with an earpiece and constant communication with her assistant, ensuring every moving piece of the day was executed flawlessly. One of my biggest concerns was my processional music. I had very specific timing requests—I wanted each bridesmaid to walk at certain moments in the song so the chorus would hit perfectly when I walked down the aisle. I genuinely thought I was asking for the impossible. Not for Marissa. She had her assistant stationed with the DJ, communicated every cue perfectly, and somehow made everything happen down to the second. It was exactly as I envisioned it. The entire evening, she was always within eyesight. Every time I looked around, she was there making sure everything was running smoothly, coordinating vendors, keeping everyone on schedule, and putting out fires that I didn’t even know existed. Because of her, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of my wedding day. That’s what makes Marissa special. She memorizes your vision. She knows where every detail belongs. She anticipates problems before they happen. She makes an incredibly difficult job look effortless. For the past year, she has shown me nothing but kindness, grace, professionalism, dependability, and genuine care. She loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. And brides, let’s talk about pricing for a second. It is so easy to assume that the most expensive coordinator must be the best. I can confidently tell you that is not true. Marissa delivers a level of service that far exceeds her pricing. The value she provides is honestly unmatched. I will forever be grateful that she was part of our wedding day. Their communication style was super responsive, and the quality of their work was truly professional, valuable, honest, and transparent. Traci and her team were amazing - they put everything together seamlessly and saved our wedding day. When my wife's maid of honor accidentally left the wedding veil at the hotel, Traci's assistant sprang into action, getting an Uber and rushing the veil to the church, delaying the ceremony by only 11 minutes. Traci knew my wife couldn't walk down the aisle without it, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She's not just a wedding planner, she's a true professional who gets things done. I can't recommend Graceful Weddings And Events highly enough. I cannot tell you enough how amazing Traci was throughout the entire process. She was there every time we needed her. Absolutely no restrictions on phone calls, meetings messages, whether in person or not. She actually truly cares about her clients and does not make commission off of any venues or vendors in fact, quite the opposite, she is a master at negotiation and that’s how you can tell that she’s in this Because it’s her passion. She goes way above and beyond for all of her clients and I could tell by working with her throughout the process for the entire year along that we worked with Traci. To be honest we actually miss her because she was solving not only wedding problems, but other issues as well Put it this way Traci will make sure that you have exactly what you want but she will go and take it 10 steps further! I would recommend her to anyone I know having any type of event!
