From start to finish, working with T4S for our full-service wedding planning was nothing short of exceptional! We planned a two-day celebration (a Catholic ceremony and reception dinner on the first day, followed by a Hindu ceremony and reception dinner on the second day). Each day came with its own distinct timeline, aesthetic, and cultural traditions. Yet, T4S managed it all with remarkable expertise that what could have been overwhelming instead felt exciting and stress-free. At the start of the wedding planning process, we came to T4S with only a venue and a date, but we were lost on how to figure everything else out. My husband and I have demanding work schedules, and so the logistics of planning felt daunting in addition to bringing two culturally different weddings to life. T4S immediately helped us find clarity in our vision, create a realistic budget, and build a roadmap that made the entire process feel manageable. They were responsive, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. No question was ever too small, and no request was ever too much. We could tell right away that they genuinely cared about getting every part of our wedding just right. Over the course of a year, T4S guided us through vendor selection, design decisions, and countless logistics with patience and thoughtfulness. They took our ideas and transformed them into something far beyond what we could have imagined and understood not just how we wanted our wedding to look, but how we wanted it to feel. When the wedding weekend finally arrived, we were completely blown away! Every detail, every transition, every setup, and every moment was handled with such care and calm that we never once had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. T4S coordinated all of our vendors, multiple event spaces, and two full ceremonies/receptions while making it all appear effortless. They anticipated our needs before we even realized them and made sure we could be fully present and enjoy every moment of both days! Our guests could not stop raving about how beautifully executed and well-coordinated the entire weekend was, which is entirely thanks to T4S. We will be forever grateful for Shannon, Kelly, and Rafaela! Their skill, creativity, and care transformed our vision into a weekend we’ll cherish forever!

Hiring Elizabeth for month-of coordination was truly one of the best decisions that we made during the wedding planning process. Hiring Dhalia Events was one of the best decisions we made when we were planning our wedding. I am skeptical of the wedding industry in general, but I am convinced that wedding coordinators like Deliece and Melissa are skilled, experienced professionals in a niche field who can make a huge difference in the quality of your experience. And what's the point if you don't get to enjoy your wedding experience? Here are some specific things that Deliece and Melissa did that were super-helpful on the day of: 1) I couldn't find the body tape I had bought, but they had some on hand. 2) I needed to stay hydrated after I got my makeup done, so they provided straws so I could drink without messing up my lipstick. 3) The groom's vest had fallen to the bottom of his garment bag after we dry cleaned it, but they had a portable steamer and were able to get the wrinkles out. 4) They arranged a tent for our DJ for the ceremony, which was outdoors, when they discovered at the last minute that the contract required a tent rain-or-shine. 5) They made sure we ate dinner (and dessert). 6) They made sure waitstaff were replacing our drinks at regular intervals during the reception. 7) They brought a handheld portable fan, which was a lifesaver since it was more than 90 degrees outside. 8) They provided transportation around the property, which was a vineyard that wasn't very walkable in my nice shoes. 9) A friend left something in their car by accident at the end of the night, and they arranged to mail it to her a few days later. All of these things were nice surprises. It's not like we asked them to bring straws, it didn't even occur to us that we'd need them. But Deliece and Melissa brought them anyway because this is their job and they know what they're doing. They were PREPARED. I also want to note that I did not buy full wedding planning services from them, just month-of coordination, but they never treated me like a less important client. There were cases in the months leading up to the wedding where I asked them for help that was actually outside the scope of services we had agreed on, and they were very professional in letting me know that it wasn't included in my package. I appreciate that they enforced their boundaries so politely and respectfully-- I like that in a person. Overall, I can't recommend Dhalia Events highly enough.

When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. She was always responsive and answered every single question we could possibly have. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page. The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come. At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. Shout out to her assistant Joy for everything she had her hands on, including being so delicate and gentle while steaming my heavy wedding dress and taking some incredible behind the scenes shots of our day and for just being another amazing person to rely on. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!!!!

We had Raquel for 3 month coordination, and words alone cannot express how organized, professional, and seamless Raquel made the three months leading up to and on wedding day. Prior to the start of our coordination with Raquel, she provided us with a very organized, detailed spreadsheet to guide us through the wedding planning process. Raquel was the organization and detail behind every idea I brought to the table and helped to make our vision a reality! Raquel was my coordinator but doubled as my wedding therapist throughout the three months! Any wedding related question we had, Raquel was always there with a very thoughtful and speedy email response. Starting at 5pm the night before our wedding when she led us through our mini walk-through, to walking down the aisle, I felt completely reassured everything would go as smoothly as possible due to Raquel’s expertise! Raquel and her team are the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth that made our day feel seamless. Her team worked effortlessly behind the scenes on the day of our wedding (even running back to my apartment to pick up forgotten ceremony programs and doing so without me even knowing!). Working with Jamie was truly better than I could have imagined! She was our day-of coordinator for our September 2025 wedding, but truly, she was there for us with support and planning from Day 1. Above all, I appreciated her organizational skills, positive and sweet personality, and undeniable talent. She is incredibly warm, personable, and easy to talk to, and was able to calm my nerves about so many different factors for the wedding. Jamie was always there through the process to answer my "silly" questions when I felt overwhelmed with the planning. She went on a venue visit with me to ensure she had a lay of the land before our wedding, and she created a timeline for the day, which she sent out to vendors and VIP guests. She was very communicative with the relevant parties and always knew the right thing to do when questions arose on the day.
