    We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Rachel & Rachel Behar Events! From our very first meeting With Rachel through to the final moments of our wedding night, Rachel was incredible and we are so grateful for the amazing energy, professionalism, steady demeanor and industry expertise she provided. Throughout the planning process, Rachel brought a sense of ease, organization, and excitement that made the planning process so much less daunting. Rachel has an amazing network of vendors and helped us tremendously with understanding our budget and timeline. She was able to encapsulate our vision for design and work with our vendors to execute that vision to a tee- I was truly so impressed! Rachel is also an excellent communicator and was extremely responsive to all of our emails and one-off questions we had which was truly so appreciated. On our wedding weekend, everything ran seamlessly. We were able to be fully present and soak in every moment, knowing that Rachel was behind the scenes making it all happen with grace and precision. Rachel also has an amazing team who were able to support execution behind the scenes and in-person during our wedding. We were so impressed by everyone Rachel works with! The weekend was absolutely perfect, and we know that wouldn’t have been possible without her and her team. If you’re lucky enough to work with Rachel Behar Events, you’ll not only have a beautifully executed wedding/ event- you’ll also have the gift of a truly thoughtful partner in the process.     Rachel’s boundless energy and attention to detail propelled us toward creating the gorgeous Brooklyn wedding of our dreams in May 2025. She knows all of the important vendors and has a steady presence that any couple planning their special day could surely use. We couldn’t have done it without her. Would highly recommend!!

    Rachel and Lizzie are absolutely phenomenal event planners! I cannot recommend them enough to anyone planning an event—whether it's an intimate gathering or a full-scale wedding weekend. From the very beginning, they were a dream to work with: incredibly responsive (we’re talking replies within minutes!), endlessly patient, and completely on top of every single detail. Their communication is next-level, their timelines are laser-precise, and their organization skills are unmatched. Not only that, but they’re both genuinely delightful humans who bring a calm, positive, can-do energy to everything they touch. Our wedding was a destination celebration on an island that came with a whole set of unique challenges—limited resources, tricky logistics, and curveballs at every turn—but Rachel and Lizzie handled it all with grace, creativity, and total confidence. They turned what could have been stressful into pure joy and magic. Thanks to them, the entire weekend felt effortless and unforgettable. We felt fully taken care of and were able to be completely present with our loved ones. If you want your event to be flawlessly executed and filled with heart, look no further.     Choosing Lizzie and RBE to plan our wedding with us was without a doubt the best decision of our entire wedding process!!! I speak for my husband and both our families when I say it was truly a joy to work with Lizzie from start to finish. I still don’t know how she managed to make both the exhaustive months of planning and the countless day of coordination efforts so organized and seemingly effortless… but she did! It was the greatest day/night of our lives and absolutely perfect in every way — it really is all thanks to Lizzie and RBE!!!
