“Carolyn was a god send for us in so many ways. We recently had a very DIY wedding with 120 guests, so as you can imagine there was a TON of work involved. Carolyn was with us every step of the way, from booking vendors, negotiating contracts, to-do lists, timeline and floorplans, you name it. But where she really shined is once we were there with her on the property. We had a million little details to think about and Carolyn was on top of it all. Many times before I even had to ask. She gave us the capability to actually relax and enjoy ourselves in the days leading up to the wedding, which we expected we would have had to be working the whole time. “We truly can't recommend Taylor and her team enough!! I thought I could do it all without a coordinator and ended up hiring her a little over 60 days before our wedding, and I am SO glad I did!!! From the moment we booked, Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and reassuring. Every time we had a question, she had an answer, and she made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. About a week before the wedding, I remember asking her on our final planning call if there was anything I still needed to do or if I needed to reach out to any vendors. She smiled and said, "Nope, everything has been taken care of." Looking back now, I can't imagine trying to manage all of the last-minute details while also communicating with every vendor, confirming timelines, and making sure everything came together. Taylor handled it all behind the scenes so we could actually enjoy the final week before our wedding instead of stressing. “Working with Korina was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the first time I met her, I knew she was the right fit for us. From the moment we booked with them, I felt completely supported, cared for, and confident that our wedding was in good hands. The planning process: Stephanie is very professional, organized, and knowledgeable. She was always one step ahead and made what could have been an overwhelming planning process feel manageable and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of working with her is how well-connected she is within the San Diego wedding industry. Her package included monthly check-ins and access to Aisle Planner, which kept us organized and on track throughout the entire planning process. Her packages also include using decor in her inventory which was another huge perk! The wedding day: Jenn and Steven were amazing to work with. I DIY'ed all my florals, and I greatly appreciated their help in executing this (i.e. efficiently transporting 100 floral arrangements from my hotel to the venue the morning of the wedding as well as arranging them at the venue). I also want to highlight Jenn's calm presence and exceptional problem-solving skills. A few unexpected issues came up involving our vows and my dress, but Jenn quickly stepped in with thoughtful solutions. I can confidently say she saved the day multiple times. Stephanie and her team truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for their couples were evident in every interaction. “TLDR: Zoey helped us plan and coordinate a destination wedding from San Diego to the Grand Canyon with a Flagstaff reception. With Zoey’s help we are probably one of the few couples in modern wedding history that can say our big day went off without a single problem. Meat and Potatoes: Venue- We had a 30 person AirBnB in Flagstaff which would serve as wedding party lodging for a weekend and the site of our reception. We rented a charter bus to drive the wedding party to South Rim of GC and back. Decor- We wanted the natural surroundings to take center stage and to not clutter the venue nor reception site with excessive setup or decor. Zoey helped maintain a classy and magical atmosphere without imposing on the natural surroundings. Our table layout was essentially a U and at each end of the U moving towards the center we had multiple themes and showing important aspects of our lives. Zoey helped with table spacing and design. She even provided some personal decorative pieces to help tie together different themes. Music- We did not have a DJ. We instead made multiple playlists for different stages of the day and Zoey managed each of the playlists seamlessly. Food- We hired a local chef who provided staff for serving. Zoey simply made sure their needs were met in order to provide smooth service. Logistics- Zoey met with us on multiple Zoom calls to hear our vision. At each meeting, she gave us the right amount of food for thought/homework to do without becoming overwhelming. Zoey was even able to get us in contact with a photographer who was also amazing. Reception Dinner/final prep- After the reception dinner, the immediate wedding party and Zoey all reviewed roles to insure efficiency and timeliness. The Big Day- Zoey helped manage two separate locations with 50 guests seamlessly. We did not fall behind at any point of the day and it in no shape or form seemed rushed. Other than enjoying ourselves, Zoey made it to where on the day we just coasted. Zoey was amazing, we are truly impressed with her logistical skills. We are forever grateful to her. Thank you so much! Can 100% recommend Zoey to bring your ideas to life and make your event a cherished memory.”

“Rachel is a lifesaver! She's there for you from day one. We booked her for partial planning and I am so glad we had her through the whole process. Rachel is honestly more than just a coordinator. She got to know us and befriend us; I even got the cutest dinosaur plushie gift from her when I told her I was a paleontologist! She's on top of everything; she'll send payment reminders, reach out to vendors, give great advice, help you through rehearsal, and make you feel taken care of. Our wedding day went perfectly and we had zero worries about the venue, vendors, or guests. My partner and I were able to enjoy our day together! Thank you Rachel, and Austin! Amanda was SO attentive to guests, answered their questions, and managed vendor communications seamlessly. We also were able to have multiple meetings before the day, as well as for the rehearsal. She provided us with a list of amazing vendors and even lent us some additional items we could borrow on the day. It also felt very comforting that she not only got married at our venue (Scripps Seaside Forum), but also knew almost all of our vendors intimately from past weddings/events. Having access to AislePlanner and a venue planning site was such a game changer and helped us feel like we had a strong hold on the planning process. “I genuinely don't know what we would have done without Dionne and her incredible team at Sweet Blossom Weddings. From the moment we hired her until the very last moments of our wedding, she was absolutely amazing. She was communicative, organized, thoughtful, supportive, and always one step ahead. But what really sets Dionne apart is how much she genuinely cares about her couples. We had a few unexpected challenges leading up to and during our wedding, and Dionne handled every single one with such grace and professionalism. When we found out our wedding venue had double-booked an event that affected our wedding plans, we were incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Dionne immediately jumped into action, helped us navigate the situation, came up with solutions, and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. She was truly in our corner. Then there was the wedding cake. I had completely forgotten to pick it up the day before our wedding. When Dionne asked where the cake was, I realized my mistake and was so overwhelmed that I literally told her, "Forget it, we don't need a cake!" Without missing a beat, she said, "No, I'm going to get you that cake." And somehow, within an hour, our wedding cake was there. I still can't believe she pulled that off! On our actual wedding day, there was also a nearby fire that caused traffic delays and left many of our guests running late. Dionne immediately recognized what was happening, communicated with us, and helped us adjust our ceremony timing so our loved ones could make it. She was constantly thinking ahead, solving problems before they became problems, and making sure we could actually enjoy our day. And I have to give the biggest shoutout to Erin, our couple's assistant, who was an absolute ROCK STAR. That woman did not leave my side! She helped me with absolutely everything, from fluffing my dress and making sure I looked perfect to knowing exactly when to step out of the way for photos. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, and I honestly felt so taken care of. At one point, while we were taking photos and absolutely starving, Dionne and Erin even brought us French fries. It's those little moments of thoughtfulness that I'll never forget. Dionne and her team were also so wonderful with our friends and family. Everyone was treated with kindness, patience, and care, and it made such a difference. Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking, and there are so many moving pieces that you can't possibly anticipate everything. Having Dionne by our side meant that even when things went wrong, we never felt like we were facing them alone. By the end of this experience, Dionne became so much more than our wedding coordinator. I genuinely consider her a friend. She cared about our wedding, our families, and our happiness, and it showed in everything she did. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and so much of that is because of her. I will forever be grateful for everything she did for us. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, hire Dionne. Seriously. You want someone like her in your corner. I cannot recommend her and Sweet Blossom Weddings enough. Thank you, Dionne and Erin, for taking such incredible care of us and helping make our wedding a day we'll never forget.”

“I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SD area! She also helped us with signage for the day-of and did a beautiful job at a super reasonable price.”

“If I could give Dre and her team 6/5 stars I would. I cannot recommend Heart & Sol Events enough!! She was one of the first vendors I rushed to secure because I saw firsthand what an incredible job she did for 3 of my friend's weddings. Her professionalism, communication, follow-through and knowledge is unmatched. We weren't even aware of the hiccups that happened at our wedding until after it was done because she quickly resolved every issue without being asked. We're forever grateful for everything she did for us. It was challenging not living locally working very demanding jobs to get everything planned, but we never felt the stress because of Dre. She stepped in to help with vendors, recommendations and whatever we needed. Nothing scares or intimidates this woman, and no ask was too big. You'll be so happy you went with Heart & Sol!!”

“We had the pleasure of working with Robyn and Katie as our day-of coordinators, and they were fantastic! They were organized, attentive, and professional, all while being friendly, calm, and easy to work with - the perfect combination for one of the most stressful days of your life! Even before the wedding, Robyn & Katie helped out immensely with a solid kick off call to get the ground running, hair dresser recommendations, and handling any last minute items that popped up week-of with the vendors. Our venue was historic and required specific insurance requirements that R&R Collective was proactive in making sure they met. On our wedding day, they handled set-up and take-down flawlessly, and kept our vendors and timeline on track while still allowing us the space and flexibility to adjust for any last-minute desires.
