I reached out to Kat for help with the design aspect of our wedding. She put together an incredible design deck and handled all of our decor, rentals, stationary, signage, etc. To say that it was a weight off our shoulders is an understatement. We were very on the fence about a day of coordinator because our venue provided one but after working with Kat on the design we knew it was something we wouldnt regret. Kat and her team made our wedding a dream come true and took care of every single detail so that we didnt stress about anything. We hired Taylor as a Day Of Coordinator and she was incredibly easy to work with and great at what she does. As a control freak, letting go of all the little details on the day of was so hard to do, but I put our trust in her and she did not disappoint! We had an initial call when I was inquiring (over a year ahead of the wedding), then we had a venue walkthrough close to the wedding date where she took notes and asked questions, had a final call just before to go over any final details, and took my decor photos/notes to ease my mind on how I wanted things to look. The day of, she handled everything and didn’t need me for a thing - coordinated the vendors, set up the decor, and was our main point of contact for everything, broke down everything at the end. We also rented a few items from her that had to be hauled down to the venue. Everything was perfect. I cried when I saw my vision come to life. If you’re on the fence about hiring a Day Of Coordinator, do it! Hire Taylor. She’ll take those tasks off your plate so you can actually enjoy your day. I would highly recommend that anyone getting married either at a venue or on your property use a coordinator so that you can relax on the day and feel assured that all will go to plan. Kayce is very experienced, knows what works and what doesn’t and fully takes charge to get the job done. People don’t generally follow directions at events and Kayce made sure that we stayed on schedule and didn’t have any regrets after the big day. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, you are doing your event a disservice if you do not hire Devon. She is amazing. She is kind, funny, intelligent, and not afraid to handle what needs to be done. She is on top of everything, every minute. I hired her only a few short months before my wedding because I realized there were things we needed done at the venue on the day that I wouldn't be able to do because I would already be in hair and makeup so I got her through a referral and man oh man, she did not disappoint. She was with me every step of the way, and not just in a "let's get it done" way, but she really participated in everything, she gave me advice, she made sure I never felt overwhelmed or uncomfortable with planning the vendors and timelines and all the things that can make a bride's head spin. We had issues with the hotel block bookings, she handled it. We had an issue with an emcee, she handled it. Without hesitation, without fuss, and without allowing me to be stressed in the process. I really can't even begin to explain how incredible my experience with her was. She is an absolute gem and I will recommend her to anyone that needs a coordinator. She is the best of the best.

Next to marrying each other, hiring DPNAK was by far the BEST wedding decision we made. My wedding was 2 months ago, and as I reflect on the planning process and the wedding weekend itself, I can assuredly say Danielle was worth every penny and then some. I do not know how anyone could stay sane during the planning process or enjoy a seamless wedding day without someone like Danielle. I'm a pretty type B person who has never utilized a calendar/planner/spreadsheet in my life, and I'm also a surgical resident with crazy hours and an unpredictable schedule. EVERY TYPE B BRIDE NEEDS A DPNAK! While her organizational abilities and attention to detail are very impressive, she won't judge you or get frustrated if your own organization skills aren't as strong. There were times when it would take days or weeks for us to respond to an email, and occasionally we would get behind schedule with various planning tasks (our own fault not Danielle's), and instead of getting frustrated with us, she would just send gentle reminders and tips on how to prioritize what we needed to accomplish. DPNAK is also very good at sharing her own opinions/experience-based recommendations without forcing them on you or making you feel dumb if you choose something else. We ultimately did go with Danielle's suggestions 90% of the time, but for the couple of things we did "our way," she happily supported us and helped us execute them perfectly. Danielle was amazing when it came to vendor and venue communication, and multiple vendors commented on how helpful, thorough, and professional all of her communication was. At the rehearsal and on the wedding day, her communication style was the perfect blend of friendly/gentle/funny and firm/assertive. She can seamlessly capture the attention/respect of a room full of people while maintaining a sense of peace/positivity that never made it feel like we were being "bossed around" etc. NOTHING WENT WRONG on my wedding day -- I REPEAT -- NOTHING WENT WRONG!!!!??? Some of that is obviously good luck, but I really truly believe a TON of that is because of the DPNAK team. Everyone warns you that your wedding day will be chaotic or that something will go wrong and you're going to be an anxious mess etc. etc. but we truly had a sense of peace and calmness the entire day knowing that everything would flow seamlessly because of Danielle. Danielle also told us that if anything did go wrong or needed last-minute changes, her team would try to handle it without bothering us, and being protected from any day-of decision-making or damage control was amazing. This is the longest review I have ever written, and I could truly write for ages about our amazing experience with Danielle. Our parents and multiple members of the wedding party commented on how smoothly she ran the wedding weekend and how natural it all seemed for her -- Danielle definitely found her calling. On the wedding day, we tipped Danielle and her team per the standard wedding vendor tip protocols, but we were so blown away by their services that I requested the option to send an additional tip weeks later -- I knew DPNAK was the right choice as soon as our first Zoom meeting ended, and I knew she was amazing throughout the planning process, but her true value really revealed itself on the wedding day and I never could have predicted just how precious her services would be. She is worth every penny and more. Love and miss you DPNAK!!

Kris was wonderful to work with start to finish. Based off the size of our families, we were initially struggling with the daunting task of navigating a large scale wedding while still making sure our number one priority of efficiency, seamlessness, and intentionality were maintained. We expressed these concerns to Kris early on and were met with understanding and confident guidance towards practical solutions. Kris knows the Hudson Valley very well. Working with someone who lives here and knows this areawas very important. Seeing Kris spring into action day of the wedding was wonderful. She was calm and collected but simultaneously leading the charge and making everything happen - we had not a worry in the world for the whole day and we are very thankful for that.
