However, If there was one decision that changed everything for us, it was hiring Katelynn and her team at Eventfully Designed. From the very beginning, she made it clear that we weren’t just another couple on her schedule—she genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. She saw the stress we were under and, more importantly, she knew exactly how to take that burden off of us. We booked the 30-day coordination service, and I cannot put into words how life-saving those final weeks were. Katelynn didn’t just step in—she took over in the best way possible. She handled every vendor conversation, checked every detail, and ensured that nothing was missed. But what truly set her apart was her uncanning ability to read the room and maintain peace when emotions ran high. Weddings bring so many personalities together, and at times, it felt like things could unravel. But she saw the tension before it even surfaced. She knew how to defuse situations with grace, how to keep everyone on track, and how to make sure that no matter what was happening behind the scenes, my husband and I felt protected. Her communication was honest and direct, and we valued that more than anything. She wasn’t afraid to be the “bad guy” when necessary, whether it meant pushing back on vendors or reminding us to focus on what truly mattered. That level of trust is something you don’t realize you need until you’re in the thick of wedding planning, and knowing we could rely on her completely gave us a sense of peace we didn’t even know was possible. And she didn’t just keep things running—she made our wedding better. She and her team made sure I ate, kept me calm, and even helped me pull off a surprise performance for my groom, handling every detail so I could focus on enjoying the moment. When unexpected challenges arose, they adapted seamlessly, pivoting without hesitation to keep everything moving forward. So when people ask me, “Was a coordinator worth the cost?” my answer is a resounding YES. My only regret is not hiring Katelynn sooner as a full planner. If you’re on the fence, let this be your sign—do it if you can. And if you need any more convincing? My husband, who originally didn’t think we needed a coordinator, said it best: "My wife was right! I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding. TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life. I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be. J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized. Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a specific decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.

I want to begin by saying that I was hesitant when choosing a wedding coordinator because some that I had spoken with before weren't open to my vision for our wedding. Mackenzie right off the bat was just a spark of joy and a light in the wedding planning process! She was able to set up a meeting over zoom and instantly, I knew she was different. She was so supportive of our dreams for our day and really helped bring everything to life! She assisted with small things I probably would have never thought of as well as big things I knew would stress me out. From decor to communication with vendors to literally making sure she brought us our plate of food personally to our sweet heart table, Mackenzie was an excellent source of help. She was our day of coordinator but in reality she was so much more. She took care of us and made sure we were priority so we could soak in all the joy it is to have a wedding without the stress. She handles business so well and is very reliable. My husband had never met her prior to wedding day and after the wedding, he had nothing but great things to say about her about how nice and helpful she was! Alex helped make the lead up to our wedding just about as frictionless as a couple could have wished for! She was punctual with communication with us as well as our vendors. She walked us through the timeline and listened to our own thoughts and made sure our vision came a reality. She made sure to keep us in the loop on issues that needed our attention, but was able to handle plenty on her own during the wedding day itself. She was truly such a huge help and I can’t recommend her services enough!! Consistently went above and beyond for us and we could have been happier! Additionally, Dre’s assistance on the day of was great! He was able to pick up where needed and was a huge help when it came to getting those final details in place. During the interview process something about speaking with Emerance made me and my now husband know they were definitely the planners for us. Yahaira and her team were AMAZING. Ahead of the wedding she was so easy to talk to and so job-judgmental about the things that stressed me out. Even better, she knew how to take on the day because of some of those things. Even the hiccups that happened I knew I didn’t have to worry because everything was in her very capable hands. Our wedding day wouldn’t have been the fairytale it was without her support!
