Jenell was so responsive and offered to keep in touch very frequently leading up to the wedding. She took on familiarizing herself with a venue she had not been to or coordinated before our big day. Our venue was unique in that we had to ride the tram at Paisades Tahoe to access the reception Terrace Room. This meant all of our decor, Flower Moxie florals, vendors, and guests had to get up the mountain at particular times. She managed it all fabulously. We can’t say enough great things about Jenell’s work and how she helped us pull off a lot of the DIY final touches. Our Tahoe wedding weekend was perfect.

Where do I even start? As soon as I got off my first inquiry call with Morgan, I immediately booked her and it was the best decision I made during the entire wedding planning process. We had less than a year to plan because of the specific date we wanted, and Morgan absolutely delivered (and more). We hired her as a full-time planner, and I cannot recommend this enough. Wedding stress? Don't know her. Morgan handled everything, from contacting all of our vendors and reviewing contracts, to securing us extra perks thanks to her amazing connections. She’s not only incredibly organized and professional, but also so much fun to work with. She knows how to get things done promptly and keeps the whole process stress-free. Honestly, we would have been lost without her. And let me just say, your wedding day WILL go smoothly with Morgan by your side. To say working with Stephanie was amazing, would be an understatement. My husband and I got engaged in late December 2024 and we hired Stephanie January 2025 to plan our Lake Tahoe October 2025 wedding. From the moment we first made contact with Stephanie, she was completely committed to helping us create our special day. I had a very specific vision for how I wanted our wedding day to look and Stephanie delivered beyond what I could have imagined. Her attention to detail is uncanny. The minutia was just as important as the grand events of the day. I consider myself to be an organized person, but Stephanie's organization is next level. I was definitely a "type A" or "needy" bride and continually checked in with Stephanie about details/schedules/vendors/etc., and sometimes even jumped the gun on planning details. Not once did Stephanie make me feel bad about my nervous energy or impulsive decisions, but rather reassured me of the planning process and reminded me that whatever I wanted she was going to help me get it; whether it was a specific vendor or design detail. She was always available to answer my emails or texts all while meeting the needs of her other brides, and that is something I greatly appreciated. The weeks leading up to your wedding day become hectic and overwhelming at times, but that's where Stephanie shines. She took care of every detail imaginable-and I mean EVERY DETAIL. She help relieved the pressure off my husband and I, which allowed us to enjoy and revel in the excitement of the coming day. On our wedding day, she worked endlessly to make sure every aspect was perfect and exactly how we wanted it, all while still finding the time to physically check in with both myself and husband while we were getting ready for the day. Even throughout the afternoon and evening, if my husband or I needed something she would magically appear, despite continuing to juggle the events of the evening. Stephanie is the type of planner, and person, who gives 100% of herself to her couples and that is an aspect of a planner that money can't buy. She cares deeply about helping you achieve the wedding day of your dreams, and she certainly did just that, and more for us. Choosing Stephanie to plan our wedding day was the best decision we could have made and I will forever be thankful for her and the day she created for my husband and I. Thanks to Stephanie we truly had the best wedding day, and in turn, have the fondest memories to carry with us.

She went above and beyond by providing a guide on how to prepare for the amount of alcohol for our wedding too! We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. I had a very unique style wedding and most of it I tried to do DIY. In a nutshell, it became extremely overwhelming for me, so I asked my planner Rebecca to assist. Her and the owner were so kind enough to make my original package of Day of Planning, to Full planning at a discount! Saved my whole wedding day. I cried a few days before my wedding because remembering all the months prior, they were there for me every step of the way. And on the day, everyone kept asking me, Is your planner a friend of yours? I honestly told them, 100% yes. :) Because I feel like we now are friends. Such a family orientated company. Corinne’s title may be wedding planner, but in another life, she is so much more. She’s a soundboard for ideas, both good and bad. She’s a problem solver with an incredible ability to put solutions into place that eliminate any issues that crop up. Her design work and vendor recommendations were absolutely perfect and our guests had so so so many positive things to say about the ceremony and reception. Whenever there were disagreements about planning, Corinne’s ability to get things straightened out is second to none. Shawna is one of a kind. She is passionate, caring and will never let you down! We were so lucky to have crossed paths with Shawna. It feels weird to have love for your wedding coordinator but we do! Shawna is so organized and responds faster than anyone I’ve ever met. Shawna made our wedding day perfect. She knows what prep needs to be done, what is required on the wedding day and she knocked it out of the park. Our wedding would not have been as smooth and I would not have been as calm on my wedding day without her. I cant say enough good things about shawna.
