The company is owned and operated by me, the lead organizer. Myself and the team aim to help you create the celebration of a lifetime by using my expert knowledge of the wedding industry. Shawna is THE BEST!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Shawna! From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, attentive, and truly invested in making our wedding day perfect. She helped us create a seamless timeline, brought our decor vision to life, and handled every detail with such care and professionalism. On the day of the wedding, everything ran flawlessly thanks to Shawna. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was being handled behind the scenes. She ensured the day stayed on track and that every element came together beautifully. Shawna went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for her amazing service. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator (and event rentals) who truly cares and delivers a perfect experience from start to finish!

Best wedding coordinator
Shawna and the team at Daydream Events were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Shawna was super communicative and responsive, making the planning process so easy and stress-free. She did an amazing job making sure our wedding was everything I could have dreamed of - the reception and venue site were absolutely stunning! Shawna handled all of the set up and take down, which was a huge relief. We would highly recommend Daydream Events by Shawna to any couple planning their wedding.

Lisa Yenter was our wedding planner and she did the most amazing job! She helped us through the whole process, recommended wonderful vendors, and made our wedding experience so seamless. Her attention to detail and experience as a planner helped to make our day-of timeline so smooth. The day of she was SO incredibly helpful with our setup, flowers, and making our vision of the venue come to life. Shawna and Anella were also there to assist the day of our wedding and were wonderful to work with and made everything run so smoothly. We also had our bartender service through Daydream Events and they were fantastic! They premade our signature cocktails so we didn’t have a line at the bar and were very attentive to our guests. We could not recommend Daydream Events enough! They helped make our wedding truly the best day of our lives.

We love Shawna!
Shawna is one of a kind. She is passionate, caring and will never let you down! We were so lucky to have crossed paths with Shawna. It feels weird to have love for your wedding coordinator but we do! Shawna is so organized and responds faster than anyone I’ve ever met. Shawna made our wedding day perfect. She knows what prep needs to be done, what is required on the wedding day and she knocked it out of the park. Our wedding would not have been as smooth and I would not have been as calm on my wedding day without her. I cant say enough good things about shawna. If you are lucky enough to be able to work with Shawna, you will not regret it! Daydream events is the real deal. We also rented decor and we were so happy with the results! We also met Lisa who was wonderful.
