Emily, the lead planner, had a thorough, fun, and efficient communication style that put everyone at ease throughout the entire planning process. The quality of her work was excellent - she were on point with every detail and went above and beyond to ensure the client’s special day was picture-perfect. Emily arrived early, expertly coordinated the decor and timeline, and had all the vendors, staff, and even the couple having an excellent time. Emily was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and she made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. She is incredibly organized, attentive, and genuinely cares about her couples. On the wedding day, Emily absolutely exceeded every expectation. She handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes, kept the timeline running smoothly, and made sure I could fully relax and enjoy every moment. If anything went wrong, I never even knew about it—that’s how amazing she is at what she does. Not only is Emily extremely professional, but she is also so kind, calming, and fun to be around. She made me feel supported, heard, and taken care of every step of the way. My family and bridal party were also so impressed with how smoothly everything ran thanks to her. I truly cannot recommend Emily enough. If you are looking for someone who will treat your wedding like it’s her own and make your day absolutely perfect, she is the one. I’m beyond grateful for everything she did to make our wedding so special and unforgettable.

Emily was fantastic as a day-of-coordinator at our wedding. It was great to have her as an extra pair of hands throughout the day. She was able to facilitate two other event staff we hired to make the day run smoothly. We're so glad she was there. We'd recommend her to anyone looking for day-of wedding support.

This review is long overdue, but if you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Emily! She was truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding. From the moment the day started, she handled absolutely everything behind the scenes so we could actually be present and enjoy our wedding. She kept everyone on schedule, coordinated with all of our vendors, solved problems before we even knew they existed, and made the entire day feel effortless. Emily was organized, calm, professional, and such a joy to work with. Knowing she was there gave us complete peace of mind, and because of her, we were able to spend our day celebrating with our family and friends instead of worrying about logistics. Looking back, I honestly can't imagine our wedding without her. She played such a huge role in making everything run flawlessly, and I recommend her to every couple I know. She is worth every penny and then some!

Emily was great, I highly recommend her for your next event. Emily helped me plan my brother's birthday party. He had some very specific requests, and I had some concerns about location and other issues during the party. Emily was a great problem solver, listened and communicated throughout the process that I really appreciated. Looking back over the event I couldn't have done this without her. Several people at the party commented to me what a wonderful and gracious hostess she was to all the guests. Thank you, Emily, for the great job you did!
