Highly recommend for all your coordinating needs
I found Becca by searching for wedding coordinators in the area, and she was the first one who offered to meet with us in person to discuss her services. That made such a difference as it was so much easier to get a sense of whether we were a good fit, and I appreciated that extra effort from the very beginning. Throughout the planning process, Becca was kind, professional, flexible, and incredibly responsive. She helped make the entire experience feel less overwhelming and was always ready to step in and handle whatever came up. After the wedding, multiple family members and bridesmaids commented on how great she was. Weddings are so detailed and fast-paced that it’s impossible to fully enjoy the day while also managing everything behind the scenes. Having Becca there allowed us to actually be present and enjoy our wedding. She kept us moving through the timeline even when our hair and makeup team put us behind schedule, and she somehow made sure we stayed hydrated and had a drink in hand when we needed one. At one point I almost walked down the aisle without my bouquet, and Becca immediately noticed. Her assistant sprinted to grab it while Becca stayed completely calm, and no one ever knew. The day was absolutely beautiful, and I genuinely could not have gotten through it without her. I highly recommend Becca to any couple looking for a coordinator who is organized, calm under pressure, and truly cares about her clients.

Becca is the Best!
Becca, owner of Rae Weddings & Events was exactly the coordinator we needed for our DIY wedding. She communicated with us directly and often, keeping everything organized from start to finish. What impressed us most was how she handled vendor communication and solved problems behind the scenes without us even having to worry about them. She kept our timeline running perfectly on the day of, and she was always available whenever we had a question or needed her support. Becca clearly knows what she's doing and brought such kindness to the whole process. We honestly can't imagine pulling off our wedding day the way we did without her expertise and dedication. I cannot recommend Becca enough!! She needs more than 5 stars, she deserves 10 stars. Love her!

Working with Becca at Rae Weddings & Events was truly one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I hired her as a Day of Coordinator and from the very beginning, she brought such a calm and confident energy that immediately put me at ease. I had all my ideas clearly laid out, and Becca not only supported my vision but offered thoughtful advice and wonderful vendor referrals that made everything come together beautifully. Throughout the planning process, she was always quick to respond, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was covered. On the day of the wedding, I felt completely at peace knowing Becca had everything handled. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, which was such a gift. I’ve already recommended her to others, and one of my close friends recently had her coordinate their wedding day as well. Best decision ever!
I wish I could get married again just to hire Becca again! Everyone says wedding planning is stressful but I promise you it won’t be if you work with Rae Weddings & Events. Becca is so sweet, incredibly efficient and helpful, and knows what she’s doing. Every single vendor had great things to say about her! My guests told me that my wedding is one of the best they have ever been to and I am crediting a huge part of that to how well Becca ran the day. Every step of the way she made decisions easy, she went above and beyond to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams and took so many things off my plate to ensure I got to enjoy being engaged. I am so serious when I say that she is phenomenal and will make your wedding so stress free. She’s worth every penny and then some. Trust me, this woman is your wedding planner!

The best!!
From the moment we hired Becca, we were impressed by her thoughtful and thorough communication style.
