You plan, and we execute! The Wedding Coordination package is perfect for the couple who just needs help tying everything together. The month leading up to your wedding will go by FAST, which is why we fully take over 45 days before the big day.

    Working with Becca at Rae Weddings & Events was truly one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I hired her as a Day of Coordinator and from the very beginning, she brought such a calm and confident energy that immediately put me at ease. I had all my ideas clearly laid out, and Becca not only supported my vision but offered thoughtful advice and wonderful vendor referrals that made everything come together beautifully. Throughout the planning process, she was always quick to respond, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was covered. On the day of the wedding, I felt completely at peace knowing Becca had everything handled. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, which was such a gift. I’ve already recommended her to others, and one of my close friends recently had her coordinate their wedding day as well. Becca’s experience in wedding planning and her attention to detail truly shined throughout the entire process.

    I wish I could get married again just to hire Becca again! Everyone says wedding planning is stressful but I promise you it won’t be if you work with Rae Weddings & Events. Becca is so sweet, incredibly efficient and helpful, and knows what she’s doing. Every single vendor had great things to say about her! My guests told me that my wedding is one of the best they have ever been to and I am crediting a huge part of that to how well Becca ran the day. Every step of the way she made decisions easy, she went above and beyond to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams and took so many things off my plate to ensure I got to enjoy being engaged. I am so serious when I say that she is phenomenal and will make your wedding so stress free. She’s worth every penny and then some. Trust me, this woman is your wedding planner!
