The absolute best!!

Bradie is truly the absolute best! I didn’t realize just how much a wedding coordinator could do until I worked with her. I initially thought I could manage everything myself, but having Bradie in our corner made a HUGE difference. If you’re on the fence, JUST DO IT! When our DJ canceled just a month before the wedding, Bradie immediately jumped into action. Within minutes, she was reaching out to other DJs and arranging Zoom calls to help us find a replacement. Having someone so proactive and dependable during a stressful situation was invaluable. She also communicates directly with all your vendors, keeps everyone organized, and serves as the main point of contact so you don’t have to manage everything yourself. Knowing someone else was coordinating all the moving pieces took so much stress off our shoulders and allowed us to actually enjoy the process. She even uses design programs to create visual layouts of your wedding spaces, incorporating your decor and vision so you can see how everything will come together. She truly knows how to take your ideas and turn them into something you can visualize. Beyond her skills, Bradie is so easy to talk to and always made us feel comfortable and supported. She genuinely cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to bring their vision to life. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone planning a wedding. Having Bradie by our side was one of the best decisions we made!

Amazing Wedding Coordinator!

Bradie is an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator! I had not even hired her yet and she was helping me find vendors (who we also hired). Even our photographer, who had never worked with Bradie before, said she was the best he had ever had the pleasure of working with. Bradie works with you early to make sure you are on track and helps with any questions that come up. As the wedding got closer, Bradie took on communicating and organizing with my other vendors. Any bump in the plan that came up, she was on it to make sure it was resolved. If any detail was stressing me out, Bradie, took it on no problem. She was usually already working on it by the time I asked. The day of coordination was flawless. I didn't really have to think of a thing, I just got to have fun and enjoy the big day. It's 8 million percent worth it to have Bradie as your coordinator.

Flores events gave me the peace of mind guaranteed. Effective communication with all parties concerned, Beaches, guests, she made sure my events went smoothly and all my guests were well informed and keep up to date with everything going on daily. Booking Bradie for our wedding was the best choice we ever made! She was so well organized and experienced that she was two steps ahead on everything. The day of and month leading up to the wedding I was not stressed one bit. Her one on one meetings and Excel sheets are the icing on the cake, as a hands on person, I loved how involved and up-to-date I was with Bradie! 10/10 I would recommend her for any event planning!
