Hi! My name is Lindsey and I own Relic Events. I’ve been passionate about hosting since I was a little girl after watching my mom create fabulous parties for the people she loved. I know celebrating love is the juice that gets us through this life. I’ve worked in the event industry for 10 years on both a large and small scale, and want to show couple’s that their wedding day can be whatever they want! I am truly honored to be trusted with my client’s dreams. My team and I will bring a fun, grounded, and calming energy to your event so that you don’t have to worry about a single thing. I hope we can work together!
Relic cares deeply about our couples. We care for your wedding as if it were our own, because we believe in the power of love and union. We know the feeling of the day matters most. We prioritize your experience of being present so you can laugh, cry, hug and celebrate your love with all the people who traveled far and wide to be with you. After working hundreds of events, we know the best ones focus on good vibes and a welcoming ambiance. Best Decision You'll Make!
I honestly don't have the words to describe how amazing Lindsey is. Not just as a wedding coordinator, but as a human being. Looking back on our wedding day, I truly can't imagine it being more perfect and I know it would not have been that way without her. When we first started working together, I had our venue booked but other than that I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted. We got married at Roaring Camp Railroads in Felton which, with the exception of optional catering add on, requires you to hire outside vendors. There were so many things to decide on and having to find and logistically coordinate vendors that had the ability to work at Roaring Camp felt overwhelming. From our very first conversations, Lindsey made me feel like everything was going to be okay. Her organization, thoughtful planning checklist, and calm, reassuring presence brought such comfort and allowed me to actually enjoy the process instead of stressing through it. With her years of experience, she has great recommendations and connections with amazing vendors. Which meant I didn’t have to search/filter through the hundreds of results that pop up on Google. When our big day finally came, I felt no stress because I knew Lindsey had my back and everything would work out beautifully (even when things went wrong). But what makes Lindsey so special isn't just how incredibly talented she is as a coordinator, it is the way she genuinely cares about you as a person. She never made me feel like I was just another client. She celebrated alongside us, checked in on me (even for non wedding related life events), and supported me every step of the way with so much kindness and genuine compassion. There are a lot of wedding coordinators but having one who actually cares and feels like a friend, makes such a difference. I will always be grateful that Lindsey was a part of one of the most important days of our lives. She didn't just help plan our wedding, she gave us the gift of being fully present, soaking in every moment, and making memories we'll cherish forever. If you're looking for a coordinator, you couldn’t be luckier than to have Lindsey by your side.

We Loved Working with Lindsey!!
My partner and I got married at Roaring Camp Railroads in June 2026. We hired Lindsey at Relic events for the few months leading up to our wedding, and we could not be more grateful for her support. She is warm, friendly, a great listener, and Really knows her stuff. Without her, our wedding day would definitely not have been as seamless, joyful, and relaxing as it was. She knew so many details or tips about weddings, and our venue specifically, that were so instrumental and helpful. She is such a delightful person to know! She was often a bit late to our planning meetings, but Very On-Top of it for our wedding day. She's easy-going as well as very skilled and professional! Must-hire! :)
