    Fantabulous Planner!

    I do not have the words (but I’m going to try) to describe how amazing Theresa Miner, her assistant Sara Bravo and Rachel Hernandez (who handled our invitations) are! From my first call with Theresa a year ago, she was so open and honest from the beginning of what we truly needed to make our day a success, showed excitement when we told her our plan for our themed wedding was Jack & Sally, that it made it an easy choice, and we are so glad we did! Her constant communication through the year leading up to the wedding with myself and the vendors helped take all the stress away. I DIY’d and planned the decor, communicated with pics and details of set up for each table through my craziness and changes to Theresa. When the day came and I walked in and snuck a look of the venue completed, all my fears that I had that I didn’t get it right, melted away. Theresa and Sara nailed EVERY little detail and went above my expectations. Theresa and her team made my dream wedding a reality and we are so grateful to all that were involved. Wishing you all the success! We couldn’t have done it without you!

    Amazing planner

    I had a wonderful experience working with Wedding Vibe Central for the wedding I DJ’d . Their communication style was clear, concise, and always prompt, which was greatly appreciated during the busy planning process.     Over & Beyond

    I had a very unique style wedding and most of it I tried to do DIY. In a nutshell, it became extremely overwhelming for me, so I asked my planner Rebecca to assist. Her and the owner were so kind enough to make my original package of Day of Planning, to Full planning at a discount! Saved my whole wedding day. I cried a few days before my wedding because remembering all the months prior, they were there for me every step of the way. And on the day, everyone kept asking me, Is your planner a friend of yours? I honestly told them, 100% yes. :) Because I feel like we now are friends. Such a family orientated company. I highly recommend.

    Above & Beyond

Yes, we have a large team. Usually the person that reaches out to you is who you will be working with along with their assistant.
I always suggest to me team that it's not a wise thing to do. We want to make sure we're giving our clients our ALL, and we can't do that if were exhausted.
In all my years of serving wedding couples, I've discovered that most are completely unguided when it comes to budget and what to allocate where. One thing to keep in mind is that weddings are not a One Size Fits All type of engagement. So even though we have a starting point for each service, that price can go up or down, depending on your needs. The general rule of thumb is to allocate about 10% - 15% of your total wedding budget to your wedding planner. Check out our services and cost for each by scrolling up ^
Yess! We're so glad you asked! Aside from planning traditional style weddings, Wedding Vibe Central specializes in the following 2 very popular styles: ~ Destination "Style": One of the beautiful things about California, is that you can have a destination wedding without ever leaving the state. We can fully plan desert, mountain, beach, forest and lush vineyard weddings plus so much more. ~ Non-Traditional / Eccentric / Unconventional Style: Do you and your partner have a love for everything Goth? Think Gomez & Morticia. Or do you love movies like the Hobbit? Think of words like Whimsical & Fantasy. You name it we can do it.
We can do whatever your heart desires. However, at the very least, we do recommend having us there the day of the wedding, which is a service all of our packages include. In person Day of Coordination is an important part of any size wedding. Just leave the stress to us.
