The Tipsy Wagon is a premier mobile bartending service based in Santa Margarita, California, specializing in weddings and special events. We bring a unique, rustic touch to every celebration with our beautifully refurbished horse trailer bar or custom-built wooden bar—both designed to fit seamlessly into any venue or setting. We understand that every couple and event is unique, which is why we offer customizable bar packages to suit your specific needs. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a grand wedding of up to 300 guests, our team ensures that every guest enjoys a top-notch bar experience.

I know there are lots of options when it comes to drink service for your wedding and I am humbled every time a couple selects us to be a part of their big day. Anyone can show up with some tables and cloth. But with the tipsy wagon, your guests will be wowed by our 1965 horse trailer bar and experienced bartenders.

Don't worry you can add more time! 1 Certified Bartender, 80 mile round trip from Santa Margarita, CA, Alcohol shopping list support, Basic Garnishes, Plastic Cups, Napkins, Straws, Coolers, insurance, and a Menu - Custom designed to your event! Printed & on the bar!

    Would 100% book again and recommend

    The Tipsy Wagon was absolutely incredible for our wedding day. From the very beginning, their communication style was effective, kind, and highly adaptable to our needs. They were a true self-starter, allowing us to be hands-off on the day of the event while handling all the details seamlessly. The quality of their work was simply delicious, our guests raved about the drinks and their friendly, professional service. Tipsy Wagon did an amazing job reflecting our vision and bringing so much value to our big day. I would 100% book them again in a heartbeat!

    Perfection!

    Justine is the owner/operator and lead bartender. It was such a pleasure to share our wedding day with Justine and her bar services. We had 3 signature cocktail drinks with an open bar including a variety of other drinks. My personal favorite was the piña colada (Snoopy's Treat)! Tipsy Wagon also offers their adorable tipsy wagon. Highly recommend, she is SO friendly and helpful, a memorable vendor for our wedding, thank you! -Krystal & Dillon

Any and All! Weddings, Birthdays, Holiday Parties, Business Events, Baby Showers, or Just Because
Per CA liquor laws, we are unable to provide/sell alcohol. HOWEVER, this really works in the benefit of the client as you are able to choose any type of alcohol you like and purchase from any retailer without a markup from a caterer.
The Tipsy Wagon resides in the beautiful country side of Santa Margarita CA. Therefore we are able to serve all over the central coast and surrounding areas.
For our lighting on board we do need a standard outlet to plug in.
ALMOST. To get the trailer to your desired location, we do need enough room for our truck and trailer to be able to pull in, possibly turn around, and park. It is our clients responsibility to ensure that there is enough room for the wagon and that the venue will allow our trailer to be parked on their property.
Heck yeah!! Of course we can not allow any permanent modifications to the trailer (drilling holes etc) But we do have some decorations we can provide and if you have something specific for us to use in order to match surrounding decor we will of course use that to match your events aesthetic
