We provide everything you need for a stylish, fun bar experience: the set up, bartenders, cups, mixers, straws, and all the essentials. you provide the alcohol and we’ll take care of the rest.

Are you insured?

Yes! All of our bartenders are RBS certified and fully insured with both general and liquor liability coverage.

How far do you travel?

I’m based in Santa Barbara County but happily travel up and down the Central Coast! All estimates include travel within 30 miles. For locations beyond that, additional travel fees may apply. I’m always happy to discuss your location and make it work!

What does the booking process look like?

Start by filling out the inquiry on my website, and I’ll follow up with a personalized estimate. If you want, we can hop on a quick call to go over any questions or chat about your vision. Once you’re ready, you can secure your date with a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer. Final guest count and remaining balance are due 30 days before your event. As your day gets closer, I’ll check in to finalize the menu and make sure everything feels just right. Then all that’s left is to relax and enjoy your day!

Can I customize my drink menu?

Absolutely! Whether you want a signature cocktail, custom mocktails, or a little bit of both, we’ll help craft a menu that fits your vibe perfectly

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes. We require both a non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due closer to your event. We are happy to work with you on a payment plan if needed.

Are there any hidden costs or extra fees?

Your estimate includes all standard services in your package. Some optional upgrades can add a little to the overall total. Examples include things like: Travel beyond 30 miles, extra hours of service, additional bartenders or bar backs, champagne toasts or tray-passed cocktails during cocktail hour, or a second bar set up for cocktail hour or reception. We know every wedding is unique so if you have any questions about pricing, packages, or what's included, please don't hesitate to reach out!

How much can we expect to pay?

Our packages vary depending on your event size and bar needs. For a smaller wedding with just beer and wine service, prices can start around $600, while larger weddings with custom cocktails and standard mixed drinks can go up to $3,000. On average, our clients pay between $2,500 and $2,800 for a 5-hour wedding with roughly 120 guests. Every event is unique, so we’re happy to create a package that fits your vision and budget.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to help make your wedding bar experience more manageable. Your package can be secured with a deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid in installments leading up to your wedding.

Can we decorate the bar?

Yes. We LOVE when couples add personal touches like florals, custom signage, or menus-it makes the bar feel extra special! Since the bar is one of the most visited spots at your wedding by Guests, we love to keep it welcoming and beautiful. We’re happy to help you plan a setup that stays functional and looks gorgeous.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and venue secured. Most couples book eight to twelve months in advance, but sometimes we have availability for smaller events on shorter notice. We fill up fast because we limit our bookings to two to three weddings per month, giving each celebration our full focus and personalized care.
