Hi, I’m Kelsey! I have over 14 years of bartending experience in restaurants, wineries, bars, and private events. 1922 Spirits is a dry bar service, which means couples provide the alcohol and we handle everything else- from planning and setup to materials and service. We’re fully insured, RBS certified, detail-oriented, and bring a welcoming, laid back vibe so your day runs smoothly and your guests are well taken care of :)

We focus on creating a personalized, stress free experience that allows couples to truly enjoy their celebration. We anticipate the details, serve each guest with care, and ensure the day feels seamless so our couples can focus on the people they love and make memories with one less thing to worry about.     Kelsey and 1922 Spirits completely exceeded our expectations. Hiring them for our wedding was such a wonderful experience from the very beginning. My husband and I were pulled in right away by Kelsey’s website and social media aesthetics (it suited our wedding style very much) and then once we had our first phone meeting/conversation it was a done deal. Kelsey was friendly, helpful and so easy to work with. We hosted our wedding out on our ranch and I didn’t see the bar set up until I walked into our reception area for the first time right after the ceremony and I was completely amazed. The set up was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what Kelsey and I had spoke about. My only wish was that I got to spend more time at the bar with Kelsey and her wonderful staff but being the bride everyone brings the drink to you! Haha..Our guest raved about her and how much fun they had being served by her. Kelsey was so wonderful with follow up the next day and even left us a sweet wedding card which I felt was so kind and personable. Thank you again Kelsey and we hope to have another event one day to have you back!

    Best vendor decision -- amazing drinks & energy

    Working with Kelsey/1922 Spirits was hands down one of the best choices I made when planning my wedding. She jumped right in, immediately picked up on my vibe and everything was so smooth - from communication & planning, serving the bar efficiently (and making it fun!) to setup/breakdown - there were so many special touches added throughout the process. Of course the delicious drinks were a hit, and moreover, Kelsey herself added joy to such a special day with her kind, calm, and comforting demeanor. Multiple of my guests commented on the amazing drinks and just how perfect the bar/experience turned out. My parents are still raving about Kelsey 3 She even whipped up some amazing mocktails for my younger cousin and non-drinkers - which was above and beyond! 1000000% recommend working with 1922 Spirits.     Kelsey has bartended for guests at my venues many times and it’s always a great experience. She’s so easy and professional to work with and makes all the events go smoothly!     The Best!

    Kelsey was absolutely incredible! She made our event unforgettable with the best espresso martinis and mimosas. The espresso martinis were perfectly balanced, smooth, rich, and just the right kick, and the mimosas were fresh, beautifully presented, and constantly flowing. Kelsey was professional, friendly, and brought such a great vibe to the bar. She kept everything running seamlessly while making guests feel taken care of and excited to come back for another round. If you’re looking for a mobile bar that delivers amazing drinks and top-tier service, 1922 Spirits and Kelsey are a must-book. Highly recommend!

Yes! All of our bartenders are RBS certified and fully insured with both general and liquor liability coverage.
I’m based in Santa Barbara County but happily travel up and down the Central Coast! All estimates include travel within 30 miles. For locations beyond that, additional travel fees may apply. I’m always happy to discuss your location and make it work!
Start by filling out the inquiry on my website, and I’ll follow up with a personalized estimate. If you want, we can hop on a quick call to go over any questions or chat about your vision. Once you’re ready, you can secure your date with a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer. Final guest count and remaining balance are due 30 days before your event. As your day gets closer, I’ll check in to finalize the menu and make sure everything feels just right. Then all that’s left is to relax and enjoy your day!

Yes. We require both a non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due closer to your event. We are happy to work with you on a payment plan if needed.
Your estimate includes all standard services in your package. Some optional upgrades can add a little to the overall total. Examples include things like: Travel beyond 30 miles, extra hours of service, additional bartenders or bar backs, champagne toasts or tray-passed cocktails during cocktail hour, or a second bar set up for cocktail hour or reception. We know every wedding is unique so if you have any questions about pricing, packages, or what's included, please don't hesitate to reach out!
Our packages vary depending on your event size and bar needs. For a smaller wedding with just beer and wine service, prices can start around $600, while larger weddings with custom cocktails and standard mixed drinks can go up to $3,000. On average, our clients pay between $2,500 and $2,800 for a 5-hour wedding with roughly 120 guests. Every event is unique, so we’re happy to create a package that fits your vision and budget.
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to help make your wedding bar experience more manageable. Your package can be secured with a deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid in installments leading up to your wedding.
Yes. We LOVE when couples add personal touches like florals, custom signage, or menus-it makes the bar feel extra special! Since the bar is one of the most visited spots at your wedding by Guests, we love to keep it welcoming and beautiful. We’re happy to help you plan a setup that stays functional and looks gorgeous.
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and venue secured. Most couples book eight to twelve months in advance, but sometimes we have availability for smaller events on shorter notice. We fill up fast because we limit our bookings to two to three weddings per month, giving each celebration our full focus and personalized care.
