About Sadie Kennedy Studio Events

Sadie Kennedy

Founder & Creative Director

Sadie Kennedy plans weddings as a designer first, with a background creating installations and florals for celebrity clients and top LA venues. That artistry is built into every wedding she plans, in-house, from day one. As founder and creative director of Sadie Kennedy Studio, Sadie leads each celebration personally, not just as your planner but as your advocate and friend, doing everything in her power to create a day that only happens once, exactly as it should.

Sadie Kennedy Studio works best with couples who have a strong point of view and want their wedding to feel entirely their own. Floral, installations, and planning all come from one in-house team led personally by Sadie, so your vision stays intact from concept to execution. We're drawn to bold ideas, unexpected details, and couples ready to build something that reflects exactly who they are.

Sadie decorated and organized my birthday party and every detail was so thoughtful and perfect. It’s very evident that she pours a lot of thought and care into every aspect of the event or installment she’s working on. I absolutely adored working with her.

Sadie is AMAZING! I had her work her magic on one of my parties and it was such a memorable experience because of her eye and knack for extravagance with these balloon arrangements. If you have an event that you want to take to the next level, book her. Crew is always professional and does excellent work setting up and tearing down quickly.

Wonderful Experience! Sadie Kennedy Studio was absolutely wonderful to work with while planning my daughter’s wedding! From the very beginning, she was professional, organized, creative, and truly listened to what we envisioned for her special day. Sadie made the planning process feel so much less stressful and helped bring all the little details together beautifully. Her attention to detail, communication, and genuine care made such a difference. We felt confident knowing we were in good hands, and the wedding turned out absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Sadie Kennedy Studio to anyone looking for help planning a wedding or event. They were amazing from start to finish! ❤️

I’ve worked with Sadie a few times now and every single time I’m blown away. She just has this eye for color and scale and detail that makes everything feel so intentional. She really listened to what we were going for and somehow made it even better than what I pictured. She’s so professional and detail-oriented, and you can tell she genuinely loves her work. Can’t recommend her enough!

Yes, absolutely! In fact, events like these are actually where SKS began. Before weddings, Sadie built her experience designing large-scale activations and installations for brands like Disney, Maybelline, and TikTok, work that shaped the same eye for detail, scale, and storytelling she now brings to weddings. Rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and other milestone celebrations get that same in-house floral and installation care as your main event, so your entire wedding weekend feels considered and cohesive.
Sadie leads every client personally, from your first conversation through your wedding day. Behind the scenes, she works with a trusted network of freelance florists, installation crew, and industry professionals to execute her vision at the highest level, but you're never handed off. Think of it as concierge-style planning: one dedicated point of contact who knows every detail of your day, backed by a team built specifically for it.
No. Sadie only takes on one wedding per day, ensuring her full attention and presence for every couple. Since her approach is deeply personal, from planning through execution, splitting her focus across multiple events isn't something she's willing to do. When you book SKS, you're not sharing her time or attention with anyone else that day.
Sadie brings 10+ years of experience in large-scale event design, across activations, private parties, and installations at every budget level. She's applied that expertise directly to weddings, including several destination weddings and full-service engagements with budgets of $25k, $50k, and above. Every wedding gets the depth of a decade-plus career, not the learning curve of someone starting out. Sadie specializes in eclectic, creative brides who want a guide for their vision, not just a coordinator. Sadie's goal is to be a true partner and friend throughout planning.
