“Hiring Eivan’s for our wedding was a great decision! Our photographer Gregory I was professional and FUN! He kept us smiling throughout the day with his quirky personality! My fiancé does not care for photos so I’m happy we had someone working with us who could make him comfortable. He made sure to get multiple images even if it was just “one more”, it was never one more! We had actually hired a different photographer and we replaced him with this company. Worth the stress and money! If I had any tips for the company, it would be to have your photographers give a 30 minute warning before their contracted time is up. Weddings are so busy for the bride and groom, it is very easy to lose track of time. I think clients would appreciate a little heads up just so they can try and capture any photos they may have missed. Other than that, I have ZERO complaints. Such an amazing experience! 10/10 highly recommend :)”

We had to change the time for the second event at the last minute, and Mike was so accommodating — he even offered to bring in a third stylist to make sure we were ready on time. That level of flexibility and professionalism was such a relief, especially being from out of state. Hayley was amazing to work with. She completely exceeded our expectations — the hairstyles came out even better than the inspiration photos! She was kind, personable, and funny, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the process. Eva did a fantastic job with makeup. Her airbrush foundation was flawless and lasted all night. For our second event, Chrissy did our makeup and absolutely killed it — the eyeshadow especially was beautifully blended and truly to die for. Honestly, the hair and makeup were even better than some of the artists I’ve worked with in NYC for other weddings! Overall, we were so impressed with the entire team. The quality of the photos is very clear and high quality! We enjoyed the filters and editing that was done as well; it was not overdone. He was very fairly priced and offered everything we were looking for, including CO2 guns, a Photobooth with an attendant, and the ability to personalize the Photobooth experience for our guests — all of which ran incredibly smoothly. It was helpful to have all of these things through one single vendor rather than multiple people to coordinate. What truly set him apart was how intentional and thoughtful he was with our music. He helped us create a detailed plan that included songs we loved, songs we didn’t want played, and the exact timing for everything. Most importantly, he seamlessly blended both of our cultures throughout the night in a way that felt natural and effortless. Our dance floor was full the entire night. He also communicated directly with our wedding planners to ensure the timeline was perfect, which allowed the day to flow without a single hiccup. “We absolutely loved our wedding experience with Chicago Winery. From day 1 they made us feel so welcome, and they were genuinely excited to host and share the day with us (shoutout to Amy!). Planning was so much easier since we did not have to go elsewhere for food or drinks (plus great wine), and the venue itself does not need a lot of extra decor to achieve the vibe you want. The location is also great for guests, since they're near lots of things to do and there are plenty of hotels within walking distance. Our guests absolutely loved the different spaces the venue provides; it was a huge plus to have the terrace remain open throughout the night, so that guests who wanted a break from dancing had another space to be in and mingle. All of the staff did an incredible job, and we received a lot of compliments on the food as well. As with any wedding day I'm sure, there were a couple little details that got missed, but only myself and my husband would have noticed. Overall we had an incredible wedding day, our friends and family had a blast, and Chicago Winery was absolutely the venue for us. “I don’t even know where to begin. As a former wedding photographer I found Walden while shooting a wedding years ago and was blown away by the space and service. When we got engaged they were the first venue I contacted for a tour and every single step along the way has reaffirmed that there’s no team I would rather have for our wedding. Maria, the owner was so fantastic for the first walk through and all of the communication was thorough and quick. Matt, the bar manager was phenomenal and everyone raved about our welcome and signature drinks. He worked with us to come up with exactly what we wanted and they tasted phenomenal. Forever in love with our fall welcome drink and my Prickly Pear Mojito. Nick, the co-owner and head chef was SO prompt with his responses and the food was to die for. As a former wedding vendor I know wedding food is typically sub par and that was 90% of my deciding factor for where we booked. EVERYTHING is amazing. He even worked with us to do items off the menu with our request to bring in some of our culture. Loved every second of it and was so sad when I had to accept we’re done with their cooking. The service team, literally all of them from start to finish were the most exceptional people I’ve encountered. So thorough, caring, and attentive. Never did I have to wait or wonder where anything was or what was happening next. They checked on us non stop and were always ready with another drink or hors d'oeuvre. Truly exceptional. Finally, to our two amazing planners. I don’t have the words. Krystle and Alyssa MADE our day, week, year. Always ready to provide input, be a sounding board, and go the extra mile. Plus, they have incredible taste in music and hometowns lol. Just speechless with you two. All of our gratitude and love forever. All in all just absolutely exceptional. Initially I didn't really have a clear vision and I was changing my mind quite a bit. Casey responded so quickly and adjusted things over and over for me. From the start, her communication had all the details I needed and she followed up with me when needed to schedule my trial and get any necessary details for the day of. And I believe her prices are very fair and reasonable! I only used hair styling services since for my wedding. I showed Ann a few inspiration pictures, and at the trial she absolutely exceeded my expectations!! I couldn’t stop looking at the pictures leading up to my wedding. The day of, Ann showed up on time, set up quickly, and was clear about any other items she needed. She stuck to our timeline and gave ever girl the look they asked for flawlessly. With a couple of tweaks like adding in my hair clips, Ann once again exceeded my vision and created a definite conversation piece for the night! It was exactly the look I was picturing and more, I got so many compliments and my flower girls thought I was a Disney Princess. Which I call a win! Ann was an absolute delight to work with and I really hope I get to see her again!”

“Trish and her team did a fantastic job with my wedding day hair and makeup. She was on time and organized, and we were able to get the whole wedding party done up in style. (She even accommodated some groomsmen requests for a little under eye concealer after a late night before the wedding) I wanted to feel like a princess on my wedding day, and Trish delivered, complete with working the tiara into the wedding style. Trish also did a fabulous job with a different look that I wore in my engagement photos. The photos turned out so well and I had never felt prettier in my life, except on my wedding day! On the wedding morning, though, I wanted a slightly different hairstyle and makeup look to mix things up - Trish was able to see my vision even without a Pinterest inspo pic and I was stunned when I looked in the mirror. I felt gorgeous and confident - thank you Tricia and Glow Bridal team!”

Tom went above and beyond and sent us a picture from his high resolution film of us with our dogs (in tuxedos of course), because they wouldn't cooperate for the photographer. The raw footage will be fun to look back on in the future when we are old and gray, and the short video is perfect to share with family and friends.
