The Woman’s Club of Evanston is an ideal setting for your most special occasion. Our historic Clubhouse, built in 1912, exudes warmth and timeless elegance. On the first floor, the lovely Tea Room with sparkling chandeliers flows into the Music Room with one of our grand pianos. The Sun Porch can be used as a wedding suite or additional seating during cocktail hour, providing multiple settings for your friends and family to enjoy. The double staircase off the marble foyer leads to the dramatic Grand Ballroom, the perfect place for dinner and dancing. The Woman’s Club allows you to select a caterer from our broad list with various price ranges to accommodate your budget. Our caterers are very familiar with the Clubhouse assuring your event will run smoothly. Dinnerware, tables, chairs and other equipment needed to host your wedding are included.

We are growers of specialty cut flowers in Evanston, IL. Each year, we love to design florals for a small number of weddings and other life events. Couples interested in playing a part in the design of their wedding florals can work with us to DIY their special day or even use our lovely studio to create with family and friends.

Monday through Friday we shoot food, ads, TV, live events, products videos, documentaries, narrative films, corporate stuff and more. But when the weekend rolls around, we shoot weddings. Our appreciation for directing and videography is rivaled by none. We can now boast that 6 of Chicago’s best videographers are on the Whole Heart Video associate roster. To keep quality high (and to make sure we have back up shooters), we limit the number of weddings accepted to 3 per day.
