“One of the biggest parts of a wedding day is having the memories captured in a way that allows you to be transported back. As someone who worked in a creative field, I was very picky about who would take our photos and in the end went with George Street because of the company's reputation of delivering quality photos with experienced photographers. I'm so glad we made this choice, because during our first look the weather decided to turn to a thunderstorm and it rained 1.5 inches for the next few hours. While this could be a day ruiner, we quickly pivoted and moved everything into our tent and I know that with a less experienced photographer we might not have the incredible photos we do. Josh was easy to work with, made us comfortable and went with the flow when we had ideas about shooting in the rain, getting wet and muddy. The photos we have are incredible and I can feel the exact way I did when we did our private vows, said I do and had our first dance. We had to change the time for the second event at the last minute, and Mike was so accommodating — he even offered to bring in a third stylist to make sure we were ready on time. That level of flexibility and professionalism was such a relief, especially being from out of state. Hayley was amazing to work with. She completely exceeded our expectations — the hairstyles came out even better than the inspiration photos! She was kind, personable, and funny, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the process. Eva did a fantastic job with makeup. Her airbrush foundation was flawless and lasted all night. For our second event, Chrissy did our makeup and absolutely killed it — the eyeshadow especially was beautifully blended and truly to die for. “Our wedding day & the planning leading up to it was absolutely perfect and we can't thank the Chicago Winery staff (especially our event manager Hulda!) enough for making our wedding come to life exactly as we dreamed it. The venue is gorgeous, our guests raved about the food/appetizers/cocktails/etc. and it is truly a night we will never forget. Being able to go outside to the cocktail hour terrace was also a huge plus to get people moving around and seeing new parts of the venue while the Chicago Winery staff transformed the whole space from ceremony to reception. We worked with Amy right after booking the space and she was so helpful in being a resource for us to bounce questions off of as we began planning. We utilized a lot of the preferred vendors (florist, DJ, etc.) that Chicago Winery recommended and they did not disappoint. Our event manager, Hulda, was soooooo helpful throughout the last 6 months of preparations and as our day-of manager - we could not have done it without her. She made sure the whole day was perfect and everything timeline-wise lined up exactly as we envisioned it. Can't recommend Chicago Winery enough! 1000000/10”

“Wow. Wow. Wow. We just had our wedding on 8/10/24 and can say without a doubt it was the best day of our lives. This was primarily due to the gorgeous Walden venue, their dedicated kitchen/bar staff, and especially our unbelievable planners Kalila & Alyssa. They supported us from beginning to end and not only helped us make decisions when needed, they stood up for us when needed. It is so nice to have people who have your back during this process. We could not speak more highly of Kalila & Alyssa's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. Our guests continue to rave about the food and drinks!!! People have told us it is the best wedding they have ever been to and the best wedding food they have ever had. Coming from many NJ & NY guests... that means a lot! We could not be more happy with the service provided by Walden, the planners they provided us with, the WOW factor food/drinks, and the overall class and style. “I cannot remember how exactly I found Glow Bridal Co, but I remember loving how understanding Tricia was when I did not respond right away due to being so overwhelmed with wedding planning. I was happy how willing she was to do another trial if I felt was needed (although i did not end up doing another one and I was happy with how i looked on my wedding day). I had a total of 5 people for makeup & 7 people for hair, not including myself. I do not remember the exact pricing, but I felt like they were reasonably price. The most important thing is I felt beautiful with my hair and makeup. The only thing I did not like was that Tricia and Paola left the hotel the day of my wedding without checking to see if I needed anything touched up one last time. My mom and I had stepped away for a few minutes, and, when we came back, they were gone. Thankfully, I did not realize this until after my wedding day, and I think i was fine, but i do think they should have checked with me before leaving. Overall, I am happy with the service I received & would recommend them for hair & makeup”

The photobooth was also a huge hit. If you're considering it, DO IT, it was a perfect keepsake for guests. “I found Mike via thumbtack & although on there it stated he was booked on my wedding date I thought I’d still reach out to him. I’m so happy I did because he put me in touch with our dj, thankyouteddy and he did an awesome job djing for our wedding! Mike was very informative and gave me plenty of information. He also has you do a questionnaire to help narrow down the right dj for you based off your music preferences. Mike will reached out periodically to follow up & also puts you in touch with the dj the week of the wedding to go over details. Teddy arrived on time and kept everyone on our toes throughout the night. The only thing I will say, is if you’re doing bridal party introductions it’s best to rehearse it if possible. Or give an exact time of the song for your dj to play when each couple comes out.”
