Anna Piotrowski, violinist

Violinist

Anna Piotrowski has been playing the violin since age 5, and knew shortly after that she wanted to pursue it as a career! This dedication has taken her across the globe performing in various ensembles and settings - from classical orchestras to backup for Iranian pop star Moein. She pursued her formal education at the University of Michigan and DePaul University, where she earned her bachelors and masters degrees in violin performance. She has studied with many of the world's top teachers and performers, and is currently teaching 95 students of her own. Anna looks forward to working with you to create the perfect event!

I am super responsive and organized, so clients get clear answers to their questions right away. I truly love sharing my music and performing for events, so you will get a dedicated and unique performance every time!

    We had a very small and intimate wedding ceremony and Anna made it so incredibly special. From start to finish, Anna was a a true professional. She responded right away to an inquiry and provided an amazing planning document for us to work off of. She showed up early to our ceremony and performed everything just how we expected. Anna made our small ceremony feel so intimate and special. Everyone is talking about how magical the violin was. I would highly recommend Anna for any event, big or small. Anna's outstanding talent and professionalism are truly unbeatable.

    Anna is a wonderful addition! I'm so glad we found someone so talented with such a wide variety of styles; I believe she even learned something new (Kiss from a Rose) for my walk down the aisle.     My husband and I knew from the very beginning of wedding planning that we wanted strings to play during our ceremony and cocktail hour - but there are so many options out there it was hard to decide who to book. We met with a few people in Chicago who could do the job and seemed decent. The moment we met with Anna, we knew she was the best person for the job. Anna is extremely friendly and professional. She helped us walk through the process of deciding what package would work best for our vision. It wasn't about steering us to the most expensive package, it was truly about getting to know what we wanted to get out of the day and picking the best option to make that happen. Anna is great with communication and worked well with our wedding coordinator. She and her team are SO talented. The music they played during our ceremony and cocktail hour really added to the vibe of the day and made it so special. If we could do it over again, we could choose Anna again and again. Thank you!
