“Renee is THE wedding planner - look no further!! From the jump, she took us under her wing and answered any and all questions we had, was extremely attentive, and made us feel comfortable and prepared. “Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans. On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with. They helped us with our timeline creation and were our day of coordinators, and they helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect! They were extremely professional and organized, while also being so much fun to talk to and work with! They were attentive to every small detail and captured our vision so well. “Booking Joanna was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. She’s not just a wedding planner - she’s a negotiator, cheerleader, visionary, and truly, a friend. From our very first consultation, we could tell she genuinely cared about our vision. She was incredibly knowledgeable about our venue, super responsive (we were texting back and forth up till the wedding and she was never out of reach), and consistently provided the reassurance you need throughout the planning process. Whatever we wanted, Joanna made it happen! I mentioned I wanted a harpist for our ceremony, and she immediately said “got it,” and we booked the most incredible harpist. She also recommended key vendors like transportation and catering, all of whom had worked with her before. The entire team operated like a well-oiled machine, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. On the wedding day, Joanna and her team executed everything flawlessly. One moment I’ll never forget: right before the ceremony, when I started to feel nervous, her assistant walked me to the aisle, talking me through it and making me feel completely at ease.
