“Hannah is an absolute dream to work with. She's the sweetest person and was hired as our day-of coordinator with zero complications or stress. We found and booked our vendors ourselves and Hannah flawlessly brought everything together by creating the final timeline and reaching out to everyone for final contracts and invoices. She pretty much let us lead our entire wedding planning process and came in towards the end to execute our vision perfectly. She's incredibly responsive via email and text and so easy to work with. She even provided some alternatives for any of our ideas that needed some adjustments. Joyfully even helped us create the most beautiful seating chart wall after I sent over some inspiration photos, and it came out better than I could have even imagined! We got so many compliments on it, even from our vendors who have worked countless weddings before. Hannah's team was so organized and quick with setup and strike. By the end of the night everything was quickly cleared out, boxed up, and all ready to load back into the car. Our wedding was everything we could have ever dreamed of and we give Hannah and her team her flowers for making everything so beautiful and smooth and making sure we had the best night of our lives. No notes, 5 out of 5 stars (even 6 stars if I could). We will definitely reach back out to Joyfully Co again for any future celebrations we plan to have!”

“Summary/TLDR: We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help! We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made. When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful! We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts. I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room. Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!! If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!”

“I cannot recommend Joey enough! From our very first phone call, I could tell how genuine she was and how much she truly loves what she does. “I first contacted Jenny from JenEvents as a preferred vendor of my wedding venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course about 8 or 9 months before our date. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit! Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in’s with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn’t be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect. Jenny was very thoughtful about details of the wedding that we would have never personally considered and asked clarifying questions to intently understand what we wanted. “I truly cannot thank Sam enough for all the hard work, time, care, and love she poured into making my wedding day so seamless and stress free. I met with her about 10 months before my wedding, and at that point I was starting to feel overwhelmed because I had barely planned anything. She came fully prepared with everything I could possibly need including wedding budget templates, welcome guides, decor lists, photoshoot lists, timelines, and so many thoughtful details all organized in an easy to access shared Google Drive. One of my favorite things about Sam is that she was ALWAYS genuinely excited for me. You can truly tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is about what she does. Sam was absolutely incredible. She guided the bridal party, kept everything running on schedule, communicated with vendors and the venue, made sure I stayed hydrated and ate, and most importantly made me feel calm, supported, and fully present. My family and I were able to genuinely enjoy the day without being pulled in a million directions, which was exactly what I hoped for. As a full time working mom, having Sam by my side throughout this process meant more than I can explain. She took so much stress and responsibility off my hands and turned my vision into something even more beautiful than I imagined. I truly do not know how I would have done it without her. “Erin is truly INCREDIBLE!! One of the best decisions I made for our wedding was hiring Erin as our planner! From the very first meeting, I knew our wedding was in great hands. We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. Amber knew all the right things to ask and she also provided great suggestions to make our wedding reception flow smooth. That’s something that we really appreciated from her because we really didn’t have any other person who we can rely on to help us set up our aisle runner and bring our wedding frame to the reception. “If you’re recently engaged, let Diana be the first person you hire. I knew that someone who used to plan rock shows could handle my family and our wedding and she absolutely delivered. She’s responsive, thorough, super organized, and always goes the extra mile. Her pricing is an incredible value for the level of service she provides. We had our DIY wedding on State Park land, which comes with extra rules and requirements, and she handled every detail with ease. Diana is also really well connected in the wedding world and had excellent vendor recommendations - all people she’s worked with before and has great relationships with. Everything ran so smoothly, and it felt like we were working with one big, cohesive team. It was such a time and money saver to have her handle our florals and rentals too.
