I can still hear my dad, who has now passed, say "if you don't sit still we will be here all day". As an adult, I now get it. Not being able to talk with my dad everyday or ask for advice, I'm so thankful to have albums full of family photos to hold in my hands. Fast forward to today as a DC wedding photographer, I want this for you. Nothing gives me more pleasure than capturing wedding photos that you and your family will cherish for a lifetime.

“From start to finish, our experience with Lee was nothing short of amazing!!! When we first met Lee in 2019, he welcomed us into his studio with open arms and really took the time to get to know us as a couple. It quickly became apparent that Lee valued his relationship with us and that, for him, to truly capture the essence of our special day he wanted to understand our unique relationship. We shared a glass of delicious wine and talked for over an hour, reviewed some of his work, shared our vision of our wedding, and shared important details of our story together. My wife and I felt so comfortable with him, like we were already friends, and not just another client. I still remember the way I felt walking out of his studio that day. We knew right then and there that he was special and the right choice for us. Fast forward to 2020 and the world had suddenly and drastically changed. My wife and I were forced to postpone our wedding until the following year (November 2021). The experience was painful and frustrating, forcing us to make adjustments and sacrifices that were not part of our original plans. Throughout that entire time, Lee was there for us. He checked in on us, he invited us to hang out, he showed that he really cared. Lee went above and beyond for us for our engagement photos and traveled quite a long distance to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. When we had a small "backyard BBQ" wedding in October 2020 for our official marriage (we didn't want to wait another year), out of the goodness of his heart, Lee volunteered to come shoot our day and help capture those precious moments with close family and bridal party. And, at long last, on our big wedding day in November 2021, Lee delivered amazing photographs and an unforgettable experience beyond our highest expectations! He brings extensive experience to the table and we were so impressed with how deftly he moved and how efficiently he operated throughout our wedding day. Lee is kind, funny, reliable, gentle, generous, polite, professional, fair, and he takes amazing photographs! “We had the pleasure of working with DJ Wong from MyDeejay. A quick review of MyDeejay: They were excellent to work with. They paired us with DJ Wong after we filled out a quick survey about the vibe we wanted for our wedding, and it was smooth sailing from there. It's clear from working DJ Wong that MyDeejay vets their DJs very well and ensures they're all professional and great to work with. Now for DJ Wong: He's got all of the main things you want in a vendor--professionalism, responsiveness, expertise, etc.), but he goes well above and beyond those standards. He provided ceremony music, background music, reception music, and uplighting, but that's just the starting point of everything he did for us. We were PICKY and we had A LOT of requests, and he accommodated them all flawlessly and eagerly. We requested he alter versions of some of our selected songs to adjust for timing, blending parts of songs together, and very particular transitions between songs. He made everything sound amazing! We had not 1, not 2, but FIVE choreographed dances throughout the evening, and he executed the timing of everything perfectly. The sound was incredible! In addition to that, because we were completely over-the-top for our wedding, DJ Wong so graciously and excitedly fulfilled our request to have KARAOKE at our reception. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! We had a very particular vibe in mind from our wedding--we wanted our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner to be classy and jazzy, and then for the reception dancing we wanted a mix of Pop anthems from the past 3 decades--DJ Wong understood the assignment perfectly! We were also at a very large venue and he had to provide sound across many different areas throughout the evening, but he came fully prepared and did an excellent job. We received so many compliments about the ambience for the entire evening, and we attribute that to him! On top of everything else, DJ Wong is an excellent MC and can read a room flawlessly. He kept the vibes up the entire evening, and struck the perfect balance of engaging with the audience and letting the music do the work. We are so grateful we had him for our special day!”

It perfectly set the mood I was looking for, and I was so happy that he was able to play our nontraditional music selections; thankfully he was able to use a Spotify playlist I had made just for cocktail hour. “Our coordinator at Wyndridge Farms recommended we book Baltimore Event Solutions and specifically request "Korey with a K." After just a few minutes of viewing the photos and videos of gigs he had posted on his Facebook page we knew he was our guy.
