“We booked a tour with Cold Saturday Farm on a whim, but holy cow am I glad that we did! We met with Brittany on a pretty dreary day in the winter, and even then I could see the beauty in the venue. It truly is a blank canvas that you can really make your own. Plus, the venue checked all the boxes that were super important to us: onsite getting ready spaces for both us, free onsite parking, guest tables and chairs included, and access to the venue all day. For the price, it was a great value. Brittany did end up leaving Cold Saturday, and we do wish that had been proactively communicated to us, but her replacement, Meredith, was fantastic, especially because she started the week before our wedding (I'm pretty sure we were her first wedding at the venue). But she was incredibly helpful and friendly--we actually had guests come up to us and tell us how awesome she was! The only other thing I wish we had known ahead of time was that the getting ready room the guys used didn't have any furniture. It was still being worked on during our tours, so we didn't actually see the room until the day of. So the room may have furniture at some point. Overall, we loved Cold Saturday Farm. It is truly a hidden gem (none of our vendors have ever worked there before but all of them said they loved it), so I really love that it was a pretty unique and beautiful place to have our wedding.”

“When we started planning we wanted our day to be as stress-free as possible and fun so Attaboy was an easy choice. There was so much I loved about the venue, but here are some top considerations: Location/logistics- It was so easy to get everything and everyone to the venue and our guests loved how easy walking or parking was. Other vendors also expressed appreciation that they were able to get in earlier in the day and that it was easy to get to. Since it is off the creek, the outside area felt more intimate. There are also lots of cute areas to take pictures in the venue and just steps away. Aesthetics- the venue was beautiful! The simplicity of the set up really made our florals pop. They provided tables and seating which were perfect with our design. The whole space lends itself to so many different design possibilities. Also, since it is very cute/clean as it, we didn't need to go overboard with decor. Service- Anna was a huge help throughout the entire process. She made me feel confident that everything would run smoothly. She was also quick to address questions/needs. The day of the event all of the staff were wonderful. They were so friendly and fun!”

During your day, I want to capture your true selves, therefore I do very little posing or staging. I will gently guide you during couples portraits, or point you toward the best light, but other than that, I strive to be as unobstrusive as possible.

“We looked at so many videographers and watched so many wedding videos. Livvy’s style was exactly what we were looking for. She was super responsive and easy to work with from day one, and her packages were incredibly reasonable. When we met to do our love story, Livvy was fun and made sure we were both comfortable. She gave great direction so we never felt awkward. She really was an incredible hype girl the whole time, which made us feel even more comfortable about being in front of a camera. I’m pretty sure she got us our love story in around 24 hours (benefits of the off season!) I cry every time I watch it. I’m just in awe of her artistry…the questions she asked us and the way she wove our answers together tells our story so beautifully….it’s truly something we will treasure forever. On our wedding day, Livvy was awesome. She really was a ninja in getting her shots, because after our couples portraits, I didn’t even see her until she was getting ready to leave! We got our teaser trailer pretty quickly, and we got our full video not long after that, and every time we watch it, we notice another subtle detail that just blows us away (one of my favorite details is how when I mentioned our dog in my vows, she overlaid video of us with our dog before the ceremony). When we got our motion book (which is another fantastic bonus of booking Livvy!), the screen was cracked, but we contacted Livvy and she had a replacement ordered and sent in like 24 hours! We can’t say enough great things about Livvy. If you are on the fence about hiring a videographer–just do it, and hire Livvy if you can. You will not regret it.”

“Jessica was a joy to work with! She understood what I wanted and totally delivered. So professional and friendly... try angel. I ordered my bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres from Brook Hill Flowers, but got 2 DIY boxes of flowers from Wegman's in Frederick. However, my BFFs who helped me organize and decorate my wedding (at my home) were all thumbs the morning of and needed help putting all the vases together. When Jessica came to drop off the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres, she asked if there was anything she could help with and my MOH ran over and asked for her help. Caboose Farm is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue located in Sabillasville, Maryland (just north of Frederick, MD) that blends beautiful scenery with convenient accommodations. Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Its scenery also provides a beautiful backdrop for events, with scenic wedding sites to choose from, countryside barn, and pastoral farms and pastures. Inside the event buildling we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. For groups over 150, we would have to bring in a tent for the dinner portion of the evening. The property offers seven fully furnished houses on its premises that can, collectively, accommodate 97 guests. The houses offer you the opportunity to spend a full weekend with your friends and family while celebrating your special day with those you love!

“Caboose Farm is a magical dream! We wanted a wedding venue that allowed some of our guests to stay on site, allowed us to host both the wedding and reception as well as a welcome dinner for all of our guests on Friday. We almost gave up on that dream until we visited Caboose Farm on a cold day in November and knew it would be perfect! Flash forward to September and it was a gorgeous property full of flowers!! Our guests were blown away by the houses, the glade where we decided to have the ceremony, the event barn where we had a BBQ Friday and cocktail hour Saturday, and our tented reception overlooking the amazing property. We worked with Colby and our wedding planners the Otherside Creatives to sort out the many aspects of our wedding weekend and everything was perfect. We had a roaring fire both nights, beautifully crafted cocktails, and a golf cart always at the ready to help some of our unsteady guests. We cannot recommend Caboose Farm and their team enough! Truly the best weekend of our lives!”

“Maryland National was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! From the very beginning, Reghan and the whole team were incredible. Reghan went above and beyond to help us plan everything – she was so easy to work with and always had the best recommendations. I loved how easy it was to communicate with her through email. We got married at our church, but had the reception at Maryland National. They even let us use the club to get ready since our church didn't have a space! The girls got ready upstairs, and the guys used the locker rooms, which was amazing for getting-ready photos. Plus, the food was delicious! What we loved most was that we didn't have to set up or clean up anything – Maryland National took care of it all. We didn't even have to take decorations home the night of the wedding! We could pick them up the next day. It was the most perfect day, and we can't thank Reghan and the staff enough. Seriously, if you're looking for an amazing venue, this is it!”
