Helpful staff, great owners, awesome bridal suite
Union Mills took excellent care of my husband (woohoo!) and I. Leading up to the wedding, we had multiple phone meetings, email interactions and text exchanges that allowed us to ensure the day went as smoothly as possible months leading up to the day itself. Mary was great at helping create the space, the waitstaff and bartenders were incredible, with lots of smiles on their faces throughout the whole night. They did not let us do anything without checking in on us or getting a drink in our hand! Niko designed a great menu and we really enjoyed getting to personalize our experience as much as we did. Also - the bridal suite is EVERYTHING.

Best Decision Ever!!
We wholeheartedly recommend booking Union Mills Public House! Niko, Mary, and their team were responsive and flexible throughout the entire planning process and worked with us every step of the way to make our vision come to life. We had a blast designing our menu with Niko and fully appreciate his passion and creativity. On the day of our wedding, the stunning venue and outdoor space provided the perfect backdrop, and the food was absolutely incredible. The staff treated our guests with genuine warmth and care, making everyone feel welcomed and valued. We would absolutely recommend having your wedding at Union Mills. The beauty of the venue speaks for itself, but the staff truly set them apart by going above and beyond to make our day special.

Beyond Our Wildest Imaginations, Perfect Wedding!
We cannot say or write enough positive things about our decision to have our wedding at Union Mills Public House. It was, without an understatement, absolutely perfect. Our wedding was the best day of our lives, and Union Mills, their incredible staff, and the owners, Niko and Mary, were a massive part of making that happen. A Stunning & Unique Space: The venue itself is grand, spacious, and beautiful, yet it somehow maintains a warm, homely feeling. The design elements are entirely unique—from the grand chandeliers that gorgeously illuminate the main ballroom to the fantastic cocktail space. Plus, having direct access to the Carroll Creek River walk added a truly special and memorable experience for us and our guests. The Best Meal of Our Lives: The food is second to none. Honestly, it was quite possibly the best meal of our lives! The kitchen team absolutely knocked it out of the park, and our guests are still raving about the menu. A Masterclass in Management & Service: The staff were kind, friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. Owners, Niko and Mary, have mastered a perfect division of labor that makes the entire planning process and day-of execution completely seamless: -Niko: handles the contractual and kitchen efforts flawlessly. -Mary: ensures the front-of-house efforts. Like the meal service, the bar, and the overall flow of the night. They were both extremely helpful, always willing to offer expert thoughts and recommendations while remaining completely open to new ideas. Everything at Union Mills is fully customizable and able to be molded into your perfect, unique vision. Final Thoughts: If you visit this place, you will be blown away. If you are lucky enough to host an event here, we promise you will be amazed beyond your wildest imaginations. Union Mills created as close to a perfect day as humanly possible, and they have our highest, most enthusiastic recommendation. Perfect Spot for a Wedding
Niko, Mary, and the Union Mills Team — Planning a wedding is stressful — but Union Mills made it fun. Niko and Mary were communicative from start to finish, checking in at all the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed to pull off the day we actually wanted. It never felt like we were just another booking on their calendar. Having catering handled in-house was a total game changer. Knowing Niko was behind the food meant we never had to stress about whether it was going to come out right — and it absolutely did. We went for steak with chimichurri, shrimp scampi gnocchi, and zucchini stuffed with Thai curried chickpeas. No bad options, full stop. And for our guests with dietary restrictions, the kitchen didn't just throw together some rice and vegetables — they were genuinely open to making whatever people needed, and every vegan dish was delicious. We also can't say enough about how accommodating Mary was leading up to the big day. Throughout the wedding weekend, we were able to stop by whenever we needed to drop things off, which meant we weren't scrambling to haul everything to the venue on the morning of the wedding. Having access to the space throughout the day made the whole experience so much more relaxed — we always felt like we had what we needed, right when we needed it. The venue itself is gorgeous, and the team runs it like clockwork. We held everything at Union Mills from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner and reception. Every transition was smooth and seamless. Even when a few unexpected things came up, they kept the timeline on track without ever making us feel rushed. We had plenty of time to dance the night away, which was a big priority for us. Also, bonus points for the huge pizza oven churning out late night pizza for our guests who needed a pick me up on the dance floor! Seriously, if you're considering Union Mills — just do it. You won't regret it. Thank you so much to the Union Mills team!

Amazing wedding venue!!
Union Mills is absolutely gorgeous and we could not have asked for a better place to get married, but the best part is the people that come with it!! My mom had to have emergency surgery the week before our wedding, and Niko and Mary stepped up without hesitation and made several last minute changes to help my mom be there more comfortably. The entire staff was so attentive and kind throughout the event and the food was the best I have ever had at a wedding! The entire planning process with Union Mills was so easy and fun and they allow you to customize everything to fit your taste. I cannot say enough nice things about Niko and Mary or recommend getting married at Union Mills more highly!!
