“Eric was awesome to work with from the start. He’s a true professional at his work and is extremely personable. He really understood the vision for our wedding and fulfilled it ten times over. We used Eric for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and for all three he exceeded our expectations. The music was phenomenal and the lighting looks amazing in pictures. He helped us host a great party, was receptive to all of our song requests and preferences, and checked in with us as needed before and throughout the wedding. He kept the energy up all night and knew exactly what to play when. He was also a great emcee, super likable and not the least bit cheesy or abrasive during any announcements during the reception. Everyone complimented how cool he was and what a great set he played. We cannot recommend him enough and can’t wait to party with him again!”

“My partner and I came into our wedding planning with a lofty idea - 150 person backyard wedding in the summer heat. Brandon took on the challenge not only with enthusiasm, but also an incredible amount of flexibility, clear direction, and belief. His communication style is stellar - he is readily available and we appreciated his application to make picking songs and organizing them seamless. He is certainly not an "in-your-face" DJ - he makes sure you are the star of your day, and will fill in the gaps where necessary to make your dream come true. I personally had a fairly outlandish request for my mother-son dance, and he just rolled with it - as if it was the simplest and most approachable request ever. He also played a huge part in ensuring all of our ceremony, speeches, etc. were loud and clear. Mics were easy to use, and felt very professional. Everyone was raving about how gorgeous everything looked! We had so much fun doing our champagne tower, it felt so glamorous and joyful, such a highlight of the evening. When we walked into the reception space, I was completely blown away. It was the room of my dreams, every detail was perfect, from the lighting to the setup to the flow of the night. The food was absolutely incredible (people are still talking about it!), and everyone loved the drinks and service at the bar. The dance floor was nonstop energy and pure joy, it truly felt like the perfect celebration. The Belvedere team was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. From the planning stages to the big day, they were always there to answer our questions, offer guidance, and help us plan every detail. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and warmth made everything so much easier and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, they made sure everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. We highly recommend The Belvedere as a venue! “Where to begin? Ok Amy and her exceptional team were the BEST DECISION my now husband and I made! Our journey began meeting Amy at an LGBT Wedding Expo because neither one of us have been to a gay wedding or knew anything about weddings, especially non-traditional weddings. Amy was so sweet, kind, and professional and reassuring with all of my questions. I interviewed 5 different wedding planners and chose Amy when I noticed the price was right and she offered so much help and assistance with everything a newlywed would need help with. Let me tell you, she lied about nothing to this date! Leading up to the wedding, 7 months until the big day, our all-inclusive venue went out of business abruptly! We had to start from the BEGINNING! I’ll never forget calling Amy panicking and feeling lost, angry, sad, mad, confused, defeated, etc. She immediately reassured me that everything would work out and she’d help us with everything. We had only a partial package with her and we were asking for services from a full package, and she reminded me that this was an emergency that we did not ask for. Amy and Abby sent over recommendations for venues, caterers, DJ’s, Cake, Photographers, Videographers, etc. and March 2026 I was one busy guy but I ran contracts through Amy and her team and they reviewed each one and gave the best advice possible without saying “You need to go with them” or just giving one option. Overall, almost everyone we went with was an option from Amy and her team based off what we wanted. Wedding Day! The fun part, our wedding was PERFECT! When I say we were not allowed to be on our phones and not a single worry in the world occurred, nothing bad was allowed to reach us at all. We had a point of contact (someone from our wedding party) to answer all questions and check on us at the hotel during hair and make-up. Amy and her team (Mandy and Emma) made the flow of our wedding work perfectly! Our officiant missed our vows section and Amy strategically was able to help fit our vows into the reception which seemed to have worked even better. Amy and her team truly were there for us every second of the wedding and most importantly gave us a second to breathe after the ceremony. Long story short, EVERYONE should have a wedding planner, but not just a wedding planner, Amy Frances wedding planning! Our day could not have been as perfect as it was without her. She has become our friend at this point. She is organized, she is a problem solver, she is understanding, she is everything when it comes to celebrating love! Besides my husband and I finding each other, we are so thankful we found Amy for our wedding!”

“We knee we wanted to hire Jasmine immediately after speaking with her! She has an extremely calming energy that we knew would be reassuring to have on our wedding day. Her entire team was phenomenal to work with. We received compliments from all of our bridal party on how easy the team was to work with. She provided simple poses that made everyone feel comfortable but she also made sure that anything specific we wanted photographed was covered. Receiving all of the short video clips right after the wedding was such a nice touch and had us very excited to get our gallery! The photos all turned out beautifully and we loved having the option of color or black and white. I wanted a focus less on posed photos and more on genuine interactions with our loved ones and all of that truly shines through in her work. We also had Jasmine at our welcome party and highly recommend having her cover that til as it allowed her to meet all of our VIPs prior to the big day. We can’t say enough good things about Jasmine! She is a must hire for your wedding day!”

“Layla was my absolute favorite vendor to work with for our wedding. She is a ray of sunshine with an upbeat, welcoming, and fun personality. If you are looking for a wedding photographer, pick her! My husband and I got married in August at Woodberry Kitchen. We hired Layla for our engagement photos, rehearsal dinner and wedding day. For our engagement photos, I was nervous to be in front of the camera, but she made us feel comfortable, made us laugh and got beautiful shots! It was awesome to have her for the rehearsal dinner, she took great photos of us and our guests. On our wedding day she was the best! She got a ton of wonderful shots and some unique ones of us and our families as well. 10/10 I would recommend her to EVERYONE!”
