With a decade in business and over two hundred weddings officiated; Fanciful Hearts Wedding Ceremonies, led by officiant Kimberly Eiler, has established a strong reputation in the Baltimore County, Maryland area for creating personalized and heartfelt wedding ceremonies. The service is consistently praised for its professionalism, warmth, and dedication to crafting unique experiences for each couple.
All of my wedding ceremonies are fully customized for each individual couple. I work closely with every couple that I officiate for to create a unique ceremony tailored just for them! Nothing is pulled out of a book or a "cookie cutter" ceremony, no matter if you are eloping or having a huge wedding with 30 people in your wedding party and four hundred guests!

The Beloved Package: Elopement 1
Designed for couples seeking an intimate and meaningful “just-us” wedding experience. This package is reserved only for ceremonies held with a Baltimore County–issued marriage license and typically includes only the couple, with the option of a small number of witnesses. Important Details Celebrations with more than 10 guests are considered a Micro-Wedding and will require selection of a higher-tier package.
- Travel to location within Baltimore County
- Choice of a beautiful BUT simple wedding script
- Assistance with personal vow writing if desired
- Marriage license filed in Baltimore County
- Pricing may increase during June, Sept. & Oct.
The Devotion Package: Elopement 2
Created for couples desiring an intimate elopement experience. This package is ideal for ceremonies that include only the couple and a small number of witnesses. It is available to those marrying in Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Harford, and Howard Counties. Elopements in other counties may be accepted for additional fee, please inquire. Celebrations with more than 10 guests are considered a Micro-Wedding and will require booking a higher-tier package.

The Enamor Package: Micro-wedding 1
Designed for couples who desire the beauty and intention of a traditional wedding celebration on a more intimate scale. This package is ideal for 10-50 guests, blending thoughtful customization with seamless, professional execution. Guest counts exceeding 50 require selection of a higher-tier wedding package. Investment $250 | Standard Season $350 | High Season **High Season applies to weddings held in June, September, and October**

This package builds upon the foundation of Micro-Wedding I, offering additional guidance to ensure a seamless and beautifully executed ceremony. Guest counts exceeding 50 require selection of a higher-tier wedding package. Investment $315 | Standard Season $415 | High Season **High Season applies to weddings held in June, September, and October**

Kim did a great job on our wedding ceremony! She was very accommodating to our requests for specific wording and non-judgmentally accepted any feedback we had. The speech was perfectly suited to our needs. She was very friendly and experienced. Thank you!
Absolutely Amazing!
First and foremost, thank you Kimberly for the best day of our lives!! Our wedding day, October 14th wasn’t the best of weather but it was the best day of mine and my husbands life!! I’m so happy one of my good friends recommended Kimberly to us! From the very first message to the last message Kimberly was there for us every step of the way. Even after the wedding day Kimberly reached out to us to help us transition to husband and wife with ease. She was so helpful and very organized! She has a professional manor but a super inviting personality. You can tell she was meant to help others and join them together in love! She made everything customizable to what my husband and I wanted and even gave suggestions on things that may have went better (which we listened to and loved the outcome, thank you girl!) She is full of great ideas and took the stress out of the officiant planning! I didn’t meet her until wedding day but I felt like I’ve known her for a lifetime! She did such a great job on our day, from how she presented the ceremony to the way she was dressed and carried herself! I wouldn’t have changed a thing (well maybe I’d change the part where I got emotional saying vows and couldn’t get words out haha) no but seriously I wouldn’t have changed a single thing! 100/10 highly recommend! It was beautiful, and Kimberly is a beautiful soul! I could go on and on!! Thank you again Kimberly for the day we will never forget!
We Wouldn't Want Anyone Else
I've known Kim for a long time. I saw when her business started and how it's grown into something so beautiful that has blossomed and helps people. She puts her heart and professionalism into every ceremony she performs. No two ceremonies are alike because the couples and their stories are different and personal to them. My husband and I were Kim's 100th couple that she married. It's so amazing that she's almost married 250 couples by now!!! We were so happy and honored to have her write and lead our ceremony. Our ceremony was very intimate with my husband, myself, our young children, and Kim. This was the second marriage for the both of us. It was in a private and beautiful place that we chose that was special to us and our story. Kim met us there. Kim gets to know the couple getting married, the story of how they met, and what they want to include in their ceremony. If you need help with ideas she has a wealth of resources to help you get exactly what you want for your most special day. She's led many little and big ceremonies. We're so thankful for Kim and Fanciful Hearts Wedding Ceremonies. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else to marry us. We highly recommend them. Thank you.
Perfect wedding ceremony!
Kimberly did a fantastic job as our officiant. She was responsive, timely, and professional. She was very accommodating to our requests and helped us create the perfect wedding ceremony.
