With a decade in business and over two hundred weddings officiated; Fanciful Hearts Wedding Ceremonies, led by officiant Kimberly Eiler, has established a strong reputation in the Baltimore County, Maryland area for creating personalized and heartfelt wedding ceremonies. All of my wedding ceremonies are fully customized for each individual couple. I work closely with every couple that I officiate for to create a unique ceremony tailored just for them! Nothing is pulled out of a book or a "cookie cutter" ceremony, no matter if you are eloping or having a huge wedding with 30 people in your wedding party and four hundred guests!

The Beloved Package: Elopement 1

Description

Designed for couples seeking an intimate and meaningful “just-us” wedding experience. This package is reserved only for ceremonies held with a Baltimore County–issued marriage license and typically includes only the couple, with the option of a small number of witnesses. Important Details Celebrations with more than 10 guests are considered a Micro-Wedding and will require selection of a higher-tier package.

The Devotion Package: Elopement 2

Description

Created for couples desiring an intimate elopement experience. This package is ideal for ceremonies that include only the couple and a small number of witnesses. It is available to those marrying in Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Harford, and Howard Counties as well as Baltimore City. Elopements in other counties may be accepted for additional fee, please inquire. Celebrations with more than 10 guests are considered a Micro-Wedding and will require booking a higher-tier package.

Designed for couples who desire the beauty and intention of a traditional wedding celebration on a more intimate scale. This package is ideal for 10-50 guests, blending thoughtful customization with seamless, professional execution. Guest counts exceeding 50 require selection of a higher-tier wedding package. Investment $250 | Standard Season $350 | High Season **High Season applies to weddings held in June, September, and October**

    Amazing ceremony!

    Kimberly was so helpful throughout the planning of the ceremony, rehearsal, and organizing the marriage license process. her communication was prompt, clear, and she supported us in creating the perfect ceremony. She has a plethora of beautiful scripts that we were able to pick and choose from. She worked with us in coordinating and running a rehearsal, which made the real ceremony go so smoothly! We received SO many compliments on the beautiful script and everyone loved our ring warming ceremony. It could not have been anymore perfect! We highly recommend Kimberly!

She communicated with us quickly and clearly throughout the entire planning process, which made everything so easy.     Customized from start to finish!

    My husband and I were married by Kimberly on June 6, and she did an amazing job curating an incredibly customized experience for the two of us that made my wedding feel like it was just for us. Kimberly provided multiple options of ceremony scripts that we “mixed and matched” to construct our ideal ceremony, and we also very strongly wanted to “jump the broom” as part of our wedding day, and Kimberly crafted beautiful language to introduce that part of the ceremony. She also helps guide you on the paperwork necessary to make your marriage official. I would strongly recommend Kimberly to any couple!

Absolutely! Couples are encouraged to personalize their weddings as much (or as little) as they like! With a huge library of ceremony options to choose from; Fanciful Hearts will assist you in creating the perfect script just for you!
Yes, Fanciful Hearts can participate in your wedding rehearsal and is well-versed in assisting couples in coordinating their wedding party and setting everyone at ease before their big day! Rehearsals are an additional cost and typically are between $75-125 dollars additional, depending on location.
Absolutely! Fanciful Hearts has assisted many couples over the past ten years who have already legally married but wish to have something more public. Additionally, vow renewals are also accommodated!
Fanciful Hearts does not provide or require premarital counseling.
Yes! Fanciful Hearts specializes in assisting couples who wish to elope with just the two of them present(Maryland does not require witnesses; so if a couple desires, they may choose to have only themselves at their ceremony.) Micro-weddings (with very small groups of guests) are also welcomed. These ceremonies tend to be a lower cost than larger events.
Yes, Fanciful Hearts can provide a civil wedding ceremony and has a number of simple scripts that you are welcome to choose from!
Elopements and micro-weddings start at $150, with larger ceremonies ranging between $250-1000. Average cost of a full-size wedding at a venue with a wedding party is approximately $450. Please see our wedding packages for details!!!
Great question! First, you MUST obtain your marriage license from the Courthouse NO LESS than 48 hours before you wish to get married, in the county that you intend to marry in. Maryland law requires this. If you aren't sure where to go, I can assist with this information. Once I officiate your ceremony, I will fill out the documents that the Court issues you and return the appropriate copies accordingly. I also provide full follow up service post ceremony to answer all legal questions that you may have.
The State of Maryland does not require witnesses in order to get married. If you wish to elope with only the two of you present, you may do so.
No. I can travel to wherever you would like to have your ceremony. If you're eloping or having a micro-wedding, and are unsure of where to go, I can provide recommendations of possible sites.
While I do not directly provide photography packages in my services; I work with several reputable photographers that I am happy to recommend to you!
While I do not offer coordinating services as part of my packages, I do have a coordinator that I am happy to refer you to!
No! You may write your own wedding vows ONLY if you desire. If not, I have a large library from which you may choose. You are not required to memorize any part of your wedding ceremony.
Fanciful Hearts Weddings has several officiants that serve in a back-up capacity in the event that Kimberly as the lead officiant is unable to officiate your wedding.
All three of the wedding packages as well as the second-tier micro-wedding package include a rehearsal in the listed pricing. Rehearsals are extremely critical to the success of your wedding day. They allow the opportunity for you and your wedding party to come together in more relaxed atmosphere and familiarize yourselves with the layout of your ceremony, the processional and recessional, as well as the ability to get to know your officiant before your big day. It truly makes for a much less stressful wedding as everyone will already know what to do in the moments leading up to your ceremony!
