    Stress free with RCC

    So much of my wedding stress was completely handled by the RCC team. They communicated with vendors, created a super detailed timeline, and worked with us to make all of our ideas and decor come to life. They asked me questions I didn’t know I’d need the answer to, which allowed me to really think about what I wanted my day to look like. This service is more than day of coordination as they work with you months in advance, which I found to be so helpful. Their responsiveness was so quick sometimes it shocked me! Even with some coordination issues at the end of our night (not by them, by US) they handled it so well and made sure everything was done. Seriously, let yourself remove some stress from your day. This is a wedding vendor I would pick again and again and again.

    Working with Renee was Wonderful!

    We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with our wedding planner! From the moment we met Renee, we knew our personalities clicked, and we immediately felt confident that we were in great hands. Just like a fairy godmother, Renee took our ideas, guided us through the process and then like magic, brought our visions to life! She was an incredible partner throughout the entire planning process—thoughtful, organized, attentive, and always there to help us navigate the many details that come with planning a wedding. She made the process feel fun rather than stressful, and we always left our meetings feeling reassured and excited. She was an invaluable resource when it came to decisions about vendors, decor, and everything in between, while always keeping our budget in mind. More than once, we left a virtual meeting with my now-husband saying, “Renee is the best money we’ve spent!” Most importantly, she helped us create a wedding that felt completely and authentically like us. She worked seamlessly with our vendors and helped bring everything together so beautifully on the wedding day. We were able to truly enjoy the celebration knowing everything was being handled. The entire RCC coordination team was also wonderful on the wedding day—kind, present, and incredibly attentive. They did an amazing job setting up the venue with all of our personal decor items, too! We are so grateful to the entire team for helping make our wedding day everything we hoped it would be. And just like a Fairy Godmother in a classic fairytale story, at 11pm the night of our wedding, everything was done-our cars were magically packed up and ready to go- so we said goodbye to Renee, our Fairy wedding planner Godmother!

    RCC is Excellent

    Working with RCC Weddings & Events was a game-changer for our big day. Their communication was swift and clear from start to finish, which made the entire planning process feel manageable rather than overwhelming. They took the stress of creating a timeline completely off my plate and coordinated every detail with impressive organization. What really stood out was how creative they were in problem-solving—they kept things moving smoothly across all aspects of the wedding without us having to chase them down.     Best Wedding Decision

    Renee and Chastity were a blessing. My husband and I both work pretty demanding jobs, limiting the time we could devote to wedding planning. Through the process, they were available to answer questions and guide our decisions and their attention to details was outstanding. However, the two truly shined on the day of our wedding. My husband and I lost a family member the day before our wedding. Faced with such an unexpected tragedy, Renee and Chastity were so kind, understanding and supportive, coordinating with my sisters/bridesmaids any details that still needed to be worked out. Their ability to handle any issues, big or small, allowed us to focus on one another and making the most of an emotionally complicated day. Everything ran smoothly, even when issues with other vendors arose and even despite a lack of a rehearsal the night before. I cannot thank them enough and I can honestly say hiring them was one of the best wedding-related decisions we made.

    Best planner ever!

    Renee and her team are the best! We worked with Renee to plan our wedding and coordinate everything on the day itself, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Renee was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and organized. She knew exactly the right questions to ask, guided us through every step of the process, and made sure nothing was overlooked. We met with her several times leading up to the wedding, and each time she came prepared and ready to keep things moving smoothly. On the wedding day, everything went off without a hitch thanks to Renee and her team. She handled every detail seamlessly, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy the day. In the best way possible, I had no idea what was happening behind the scenes because Renee took care of it all. We truly can’t recommend Renee and her team highly enough!
