After canceling our wedding 2 times due to Covid, Matt & I discussed the possibility of eloping to Jackson Hole, WY. I knew that Bob & Jamie have visited there enough to claim it as their 2nd home (lol) so I reached out for some advice/recommendations regarding the area & eloping. They not only offered a ton of knowledge about Jackson, they said they were available to travel and shoot our wedding. We booked them right away!!! They helped Matt & I EVERY step of the way. I said I wanted to be married inside in front of a large stone fireplace and have pictures taken outside with the snow covered mountains afterwards. They immediately went to work searching for hotels with stone fireplaces & locations (yes, multiple) for scenic wedding photos. Once those decisions were made, they helped select a restaurant for wedding dinner and plan our excursions. Bob even offered to be the tour guide for our snowmobile trip to Granite Hot Springs. These two went way above and beyond wedding photographers! Our wedding day was truly a dream come true (Hallmark movie worthy) and I can’t thank Jamie enough for capturing every part of it. She left no stone unturned. When we received the preview pics, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. The photos were even better than I had hoped. She made us look like we were on a magazine cover! Furthermore, during the wedding reception not only did they make sure everything was perfect as we planned, but on the fly they used great judgement to make the reception better by tweaking the arrangement. As well, we had no worries once the wedding was over because we knew we could trust them to secure anything of value and what we owned, as well as what any vendor might of left behind. Even so far as to hold our possessions in their home until it was convenient for us to get them. We loved Maddy and Cass and highly recommend them as your wedding planners.”

“We had our wedding in the ballroom. Very scenic and beautiful venue! Overall a pretty good venue that includes food, tables, chairs, linens, etc. The ballroom house itself is beautiful with lots of light indoors due to the large windows, and a nice deck for an outside ceremony. Zoe communicated with us and answered all our questions and did our tasting and planning, until a week before the actual day where we were assigned a day of coordinator. I found this system to be not great, since the day of coordinator was essentially a stranger that you've never talked to at all, and you basically have to re explain everything you want. Even though they have an online planning tool (which is old and outdated), I found that they got our aisle directions wrong, the reception layout wrong, and our dinner meals were wrong. Thankfully, we had a separate planner that was able to correct these things, so I recommend getting an outside coordinator that works directly with you if you have room in the budget. Another thing was our limited setup time of 1.5 hours meaning the florist and other vendors couldn't set up earlier with more elaborate decorations and had to do something simple. I found out that this is because they had another wedding at the same place before ours (literally ending at 4) and so they rush to get the place cleaned for the evening wedding. The main room and the suit was renovated, but the bathrooms were all still dingy and not the best/cleanest to use. The food was good though, better than we had at our tasting and they got it out fast. Our vendors were fed the same food, and our guests thought it was pretty good wedding food. Apart from the couple hiccups we had, we thought the venue was great overall and really beautiful and we don't regret having our wedding there at all. It could be a little bit better in the small details for the price though.”

Christa and her second photographer captured these photos ALL before the ceremony even started - plus a few additional photos we love but didn’t initially have on our shot list. We picked Christa based on her style and editing and we are more than pleased with the products. We have gotten back our full gallery and there are SO many photos - it’s going to be very difficult picking our favorites to hang around the house without overwhelming the walls . “Such a tranquil setting with endless options for setup/decor. We loved being able to stay onsite for the weekend. We took our time setting up on Friday and even able to host the rehearsal dinner on site. It made for such a relaxed wedding day. The bridesmaids all had our hair and makeup done in the Carriage House that morning and we loved being all together. Our friends/family told us it was the most memorable wedding celebration. In 2003 I began my career in photography with the Maryland Film Office in Baltimore and photographed my first wedding in 2004 with my sister-in-law. I was in love! In 2007 I decided to go full time with wedding photography. I moved out west to apprentice with veteran wedding photographers in Las Vegas and Los Angeles to master studio lighting and posing techniques. I began working full time as a wedding photographer in Annapolis under my own company in 2009. Since then, I have met hundreds of amazing couples. When I'm not photographing a wedding, you can most likely find me on a mountain or the Chesapeake Bay with my family...camera in hand.
