    Day of Coordinator

    I cannot say enough amazing things about Christina at Complete Weddings Events! She was truly an absolute lifesaver as our Day-of Wedding Coordinator and played such a huge role in making the entire day perfect. From start to finish, Christina was organized, attentive, calm, and completely on top of EVERYTHING. She made sure every detail was handled, kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, coordinated with our vendors, and somehow managed to be everywhere we needed her without ever making us feel rushed or stressed. What stood out most was how genuinely invested Christina was in making sure we could actually enjoy our wedding day. Anytime something came up, she handled it before we even had a chance to worry about it. Having her there allowed us and our families to be fully present and enjoy the day instead of worrying about logistics. We provide 10 hours of wedding day services. You can always add additional time.
We only take on one wedding per team member per day, so whoever is assigned to your event is fully dedicated to you. As a company, we may have multiple weddings in a weekend, but we never overload our staff — each DJ, photographer, videographer, or coordinator focuses on a single couple at a time. This ensures you get our full attention, energy, and hospitality for your day.
Yes, I’m part of a coordination team. I personally handle day‑of coordination, and I also work with additional coordinators I hire and train to ensure every event is fully supported. You’ll work directly with me throughout the planning process, and on your wedding day you’ll have a dedicated coordinator — either myself or one of my trusted team members — focused solely on your event. We make sure your timeline, vendors, and details run smoothly from start to finish.
