    Our Dream Wedding

    There are truly not enough words to describe what Darshan means to us and how much of our wedding’s beauty, joy, and peace came from him. When we think back on our wedding journey, one of the biggest blessings in it was finding Darshan and the ShubhMangal Events team. From our very first conversation, there was something so genuine and comforting about him. In the middle of all the chaos, emotions, decisions, and stress that come with planning a wedding, Darshan became the person who constantly reminded us that everything would be okay — and somehow, it always was. He didn’t just help plan our wedding; he carried our dreams with so much care, patience, and love as if they were his own. Every little detail mattered to him because he knew it mattered to us. There were so many moments where he went above and beyond in ways people will never fully see — the late-night calls, the constant reassurance, the problem-solving behind the scenes, the way he quietly handled everything so we could stay present and happy. We never once felt like “clients.” We felt genuinely cared for. And on the wedding day… it honestly felt magical.     Darshan and his team were amazing throughout the whole process! They are organized and made sure our wedding events flowed seamlessly. On the day of the event, any time that I had a question or needed something, Darshan and his team were there to help out. The whole team was attentive to our needs and made sure we had time to eat. We couldn’t have asked for a better day-of-coordinator and are so grateful for their support throughout the process. I would highly recommend Darshan and his team to anyone looking for a quality coordinator that genuinely cares and takes the time to make sure your day is amazing.

So there are 3 services we provided - Full service Planning - Partial Planning - Week/Month of Coordination We have done more than 50 Wedding combined providing these services so far. It is not the volume that defines our quality and services but the value we bring through our experience that matters though.
So as soon as possible but we understand sometimes it is last minute decision but general timeline is like this Full service planning - You should look for Planner first which will help you big time. Full service planning will help and guide you through entire venue/vendor selection and contract negotiations. Partial Planning - as soon as you have locked in major vendors Month/Week of Coordination - As soon as you have all vendors locked in. Planners/coordinators can work really well if they know what they are working on and who they are working with.
Preferred method is Email for initial details Once we lock down everything , we create whatsapp group and communicate , which is faster method. Full Service planning - Partial Planning 1 meeting every 2 week leading upto the event 2 meetings every week , 8 weeks before the event unlimited access in last 2 week Month/Week of Cooridnation - 2 meetings each week until last week - unlimited communication in last week
For Full/Partial service planning, yes we do. We do 2 venue walkthroughs for that. For Month/Day of coordination, it depends on the time and venue but we would like to do a walkthrough for sure.
We normally have 1 lead coordinators + 2 associate coordinators on side for event execution.
