“I'll be honest: I almost didn't write this review because I figured my wife would handle it. But Angela deserves to hear from the groom too. Wedding planning is one of those processes where you don't fully appreciate what your planner is doing until something goes wrong... and with Angela, nothing did. At least not that we knew about. That's the point. From our first interactions, it was clear Angela was more than just organized. Any planner can be "organized." Angela was *meticulous.* The timeline she built for our wedding was one of the most impressive planning documents I've ever seen: detailed, comprehensive, and thorough enough to even include outstanding balances and due dates for every vendor. She knew every contract detail better than we did. Maybe even better than the vendors who wrote the contracts! Looking at it, I remember thinking: "ohhh, this is why people hire planners." Angela didn’t just execute. She had taste and judgment. When our programs didn't fit the napkins as planned, she didn't just solve the problem. She came up with a solution that looked better than the original. When the rental company showed up with one too few tables, she rearranged things so seamlessly that no one noticed. As the groom, I can tell you: I felt completely taken care of. I could exhale and enjoy my day. I cannot overstate how *valuable* that was. Angela has this rare ability to run everything on a precise schedule while improvising masterfully when the moment calls for it. Equal parts conductor and jazz musician. “Where do we even begin? Before hiring Clémence, we met over a video call, getting to know each other to make sure we worked well together. We think this is an essential step in choosing any wedding planner, since ideas need to be communicated in both directions. Being on the same page about the vision of your wedding is key. It did not take long at all for us to know that she was the absolute best choice for us. Clémence is incredibly friendly and holds herself to such a high standard, and that shows in the work she does. She has an entire process for planning that includes timelines of when things are to be done, vendors are to be booked, and more. Everything is laid out clearly, and she checks in regularly to make sure things are on track. These timelines start from several months before the wedding and go all the way down to the day itself. She makes it known that she wants your day to be exactly how you want it and works hard to achieve that. Whenever we had a new idea or a modification to an existing one, she was always open to hearing it and working to make it happen. We went with an Italian garden-style theme for our wedding, and Clémence executed that vision perfectly. We somehow seemed to be on the same wavelength about everything. Not only did she follow through on executing our ideas, but she also incorporated her own input that fit into the wedding and expanded on it perfectly. As first-time bride and groom, we struggled with knowing how to budget properly. Clémence helped us spend in places where it made the most sense for us and save on things we didn't need. Bit of a random anecdote, but we wanted to have pizza at the end of our afterparty. Our initial search was going to have us spending hundreds of dollars to have standard pizzas delivered to our venue. Clémence saved the day when she found an even closer shop that made heart-shaped pizzas for a fraction of the cost. As Clémence has been doing this for a while now, she's gained rapport with several vendors and was able to speak to the quality of their work and service. This took so much pressure off of us, since we didn't merely have to trust the sales pitch of whatever vendors we happened to find on our own. Once we had our vendors locked in, Clémence took care of managing timelines for each, such as when to meet with them, choosing items for the wedding, and payment schedules. Not only does she work her hardest when she's by your side, she also has your back when you don't even notice. Nearly a month after the wedding, we found out that our venue's staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful to our vendors. This forced everyone to work at 110% to compensate for the lack of assistance. However, the way Clémence handled this was with such grace and professionalism that we didn't notice, nor did any of our guests, that things weren't running smoothly. Her integrity is truly inspiring. As cheesy as it may sound, we've gained a genuine lifelong friend in Clémence. The influence and quality of her work extend far beyond wedding planning. If it wasn't clear already, we cannot recommend Clémence enough. Her work speaks for itself and was by far the best investment we made for our wedding.”

During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. “I genuinely don't know what we would have done without Dionne and her incredible team at Sweet Blossom Weddings. From the moment we hired her until the very last moments of our wedding, she was absolutely amazing. She was communicative, organized, thoughtful, supportive, and always one step ahead. But what really sets Dionne apart is how much she genuinely cares about her couples. We had a few unexpected challenges leading up to and during our wedding, and Dionne handled every single one with such grace and professionalism. When we found out our wedding venue had double-booked an event that affected our wedding plans, we were incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Dionne immediately jumped into action, helped us navigate the situation, came up with solutions, and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. She was truly in our corner. Then there was the wedding cake. I had completely forgotten to pick it up the day before our wedding. When Dionne asked where the cake was, I realized my mistake and was so overwhelmed that I literally told her, "Forget it, we don't need a cake!" Without missing a beat, she said, "No, I'm going to get you that cake." And somehow, within an hour, our wedding cake was there. I still can't believe she pulled that off! On our actual wedding day, there was also a nearby fire that caused traffic delays and left many of our guests running late. Dionne immediately recognized what was happening, communicated with us, and helped us adjust our ceremony timing so our loved ones could make it. She was constantly thinking ahead, solving problems before they became problems, and making sure we could actually enjoy our day. And I have to give the biggest shoutout to Erin, our couple's assistant, who was an absolute ROCK STAR. That woman did not leave my side! She helped me with absolutely everything, from fluffing my dress and making sure I looked perfect to knowing exactly when to step out of the way for photos. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, and I honestly felt so taken care of. At one point, while we were taking photos and absolutely starving, Dionne and Erin even brought us French fries. It's those little moments of thoughtfulness that I'll never forget. Dionne and her team were also so wonderful with our friends and family. Everyone was treated with kindness, patience, and care, and it made such a difference. Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking, and there are so many moving pieces that you can't possibly anticipate everything. Having Dionne by our side meant that even when things went wrong, we never felt like we were facing them alone. By the end of this experience, Dionne became so much more than our wedding coordinator. I genuinely consider her a friend. She cared about our wedding, our families, and our happiness, and it showed in everything she did. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and so much of that is because of her. I will forever be grateful for everything she did for us. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, hire Dionne. Seriously. You want someone like her in your corner. I cannot recommend her and Sweet Blossom Weddings enough. I have been officially working as a professional wedding planner since 2017. My love of all things weddings and events began at an early age. I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. Once I got to the point in my life where my friends were starting to get engaged and I was a bridesmaid in their weddings, I found myself taking on extra duties and wanting to be more involved that it hit me, I need to pursue being an event planner.

“Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! We hired Karen for 2-month coordination and right off the bat, she was such a thoughtful planner and her willingness to guide us through anything and everything was amazing. I love a good spreadsheet and Karen has the best!!! Every meeting with her was so productive and we left each one with clear next steps/homework. The day of the wedding, everything went SO smoothly. Karen and her team took care of setting up all of our decor and they did so beautifully! When I arrived to the venue and saw everything, I was taken aback by how stunning everything looked — we had a mix of florals, candles, and fruit for our decor so getting everything set up was no small feat. Karen’s creative eye flawlessly brought my vision to life and I am so so grateful! Outside of decor, Karen’s organization, vendor communication, and speedy cleanup at the end of night was top-notch. We were able to truly enjoy the night, knowing Karen was there. She even took fun videos of the reception on my phone, which were great to watch the morning after to help relive the night :’) Literally each one of my vendors raved about how much they loved working with Karen — if that’s not enough to convince you to hire her for your next event, idk what is! SUCH a pro. Would 100% recommend Karen to any couple!”
