“I agree with the hundreds of 5-star reviews of Second Song, but I wanted to specifically give a shout out to DJ Tyler O! While Second Song made the process leading up to the wedding easy and seamless (and the cold sparklers were a hit), DJ Tyler did an amazing job at my wedding and absolutely CRUSHED the dance floor. My husband and I have differing music tastes, but DJ Tyler was able to find common ground and played banger after banger that kept all of our guests on the dance floor till the very end. As someone who goes to music festivals often, I was impressed by his mixing skills and appreciated that there was never an abrupt transition between songs. He also did an amazing job MC’ing and executed all of our requests for playing specific songs at certain times and starting songs in the middle. I don’t think you can go wrong with any DJ’s with Second Song, but I do highly recommend picking DJ Tyler O!”

“Ashley was amazing! Leading up to the wedding, she was super helpful in guiding us through the steps to set up playlists and coordinate the intros/outros of the bridal party. Our wedding was spread out over a large property, and she had zero issue running speakers to each area, providing a festive, cozy atmosphere! We had a couple live performances and she was very accommodating in getting mic stands and cables all ready to go. Then the DANCING began! Lights, speakers, the whole deal - Ashley killed it! We leaned into more 70’s and 80’s music, and Ashley completely understood the assignment. Needless to say, the music mix was brilliant. Since then, we have had at least a dozen of our friends and family tell us that this was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. I have no doubt that Ashley is 99.99% responsible for that. Our wedding on June 27, 2025, at Viansa Winery in Sonoma, CA, was everything we dreamed of and so much more, and honestly, a huge part of that credit goes directly to them. We spent 11 months planning every detail, and booking Golden Bell Music as one of our very first vendors was hands-down the best decision we made. The band/DJ hybrid concept? Pure genius! It absolutely delivers the best of both worlds, and they pulled it off flawlessly. But really, the biggest shout-out – and the core of this whole review – belongs to the phenomenal Marlon Aldana, our DJ and drummer. We first spotted him in action on Golden Bell's Instagram, and it was an instant "that's our guy!" moment. You can imagine our excitement when we found out he was available for our date! Working with Marlon from the very beginning was just an absolute pleasure. He wasn't just playing music; he was genuinely feeling the room, intuitively knowing when to let a song build or transition to keep the energy up. “Trecee was our DJ for our outdoor wedding reception, and he was amazing! My husband and I were originally going to just play music from our phone, but I’m glad that we found and hired Trecee instead! With no coordinator and last minute changes before and on the day of our wedding, Trecee remained professional, flexible, and fun as our DJ and MC! He followed our song cue list wonderfully, and helped us remix our first dance songs just how we planned. He made announcements we had set on the schedule as well as additional ones requested. He also made funny comments, which totally added to the vibes. His music choices were just what we were looking for, and even with a request by my family to switch to slower songs, he did it seamlessly; Fun, hyped songs for the younger crowd and romantic songs for the elders. He arrived about 45 minutes before his contract hours started to set up and even gave us (bridal party) warnings and updates on getting behind or on track of schedule! (Which is very helpful as, again, we didn’t have a coordinator.) Overall, he is a great DJ & MC, and my now husband and I would highly recommend his services! “I truly could not have been happier with the service provided by Spencer Sutherland and his team!! The live music, DJ, and photo booth were PERFECT and our guests had a blast. Everything went off without a hitch and it was instrumental to our wedding being seamless and so memorable. The guitarist, David, added a very special element to our ceremony and our DJ Kevin kept everyone dancing until the very end of the night!
